I have a 10 year old special needs nephew that kicked a girl at school. The principal called the cops on him and had him arrested and the parents are pressing charges. The principal didn't give any real explanation on where he kicked her how he kicked her or what really happened other than he kicked a girl. What kind of lawyer do we need to look for so we can find out what rights this 10-year-old has and prevent him from being railroaded.

2025.01.22 01:09 TheMedsPeds With "subs" just delay" the enviable?
So I have been on dope/fent who fucking knows at this point for a little over a year. With about 10 failed white knuckle attempts. I got a week's worth of subs from Quick MD so I have 21 strips. Not trying to be on them continuously, so I don't plan on making a second appt. Don't really think it's fent because my guy gets it off the dark web but whatever. I am still waiting three days because I am not using them to easy w/d just to manage to get through work.
Long story short is I am going 3 days sober and was hoping to use subs for days 4-6 because I work those three days and then I have three more days off. IF I am feeling exhausted I was playing on using the subs again the next 4 days of work.
Now I was thinking since subs are only a partial agonist and I am not taking them nearly long enough to get addicted am I just delaying everything? I really don't want to just be on subs because that means it's another substance to be addicted to that I will eventually need to get off. But my job is too high demanding to go to work freshly sober off dope on day 4. I did luck out where I normally work for

I've known I'm aromantic for a couple of years now and I haven't ever told anybody, mainly because I've never really felt much of a need to but now I understand why people try to make it well known. This girl at my school who I've never talked to has apparently had a huge crush on me for a really long time. I pretty much just rejected her saying a while ago saying that I wasn't ready for a relation ship assuming I would be later on, but she's continuing to flirt with me in hopes that in a few months I'll be ready to date. I really just want to tell her I'm aromantic and that I don't dislike her but I just don't want to date anyone, but I don't know how I'm supposed to say it because she gets really upset easily and takes things that aren't personal very personally. I'm on somewhat good terms with someone that she used to date and he said that she's really pushy and will find a way to date anyone she wants and won't give up. To sum it up I basically just want to say "I'm aromantic, stop flirting with me" without sounding like I'm trying to be rude. I've thought up a couple things to say but some ideas would be helpful because this is my first time having to deal with something like this.
