I made a very bad choice today. Got home early due to the snow. Broke my fast with sweets and more sweets. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I made 17:56 out of my daily 20 hour. I’ll get back on track, but I’m addicted to sugar and I don’t have the willpower to say no if it’s right in front of me. When I’m at work I physically can’t get to it so it makes it that much easier. Rant over!

I got the benefits package from my recruiter, but was hoping to get some feedback from formecurrent employees regarding benefits, PTO policy, general culture. is the EPO BMC select decent? what attracted me to BMC over MGH was that it served the general population no matter their income or status. does the general employee force seem to reflect this mindset as well?

I'm seeking advice on a complex situation involving my career and immigration status. Here's my current situation:
I work for Company A (a subsidiary of Parent Company) with an H1B valid until September 2026. I have a conditional green card through marriage, valid until 12/31/2026. I've been married for 21 months and might get divorce soon as things are not going well I received my conditional green card on 12/31/2024. Career situation:
I've accepted an offer from Company B (another subsidiary of Parent Company). Company B's attorney indicated they might not sponsor my H1B, stating: "This is likely an issue for this role, as our department usually does not sponsor because their roles are not some that will typically require a specific degree." I have friction with my current manager and really want to take the Company B role for career growth. There's another role available within Company A, but I'm less interested in it. Immigration concerns:
If I switch to Company B without H1B sponsorship, I'm worried about potential difficulties removing conditions on my green card, especially considering the upcoming divorce. I'm concerned about potentially losing both my H1B and conditional green card. I'm looking for advice on balancing my career growth with maintaining legal status in the US. What would be the best next steps considering both my career and immigration situation?

I am on prescribed trt of Reandron with 1 x 4ml injection every 10 weeks. Im lucky enough that my endo is only requesting bloods to be checked every 12 months(this took some time to get in place). So now I want to blast for a good 3 months.
Has anyone blasted whilst on Reandron? Or has anyone blasted with a different ester of test to the one they use for trt/cruising? I do have access to enanthate. Im wanting to run 250-300mg of test for my blast. I dont need opinions on running more than that.

 | Recently I’ve been scrolling and seeing fat cat hate. I have skinny/average cats that are almost two. I got them when they were babies and sisters. I got my big girl, Bumbles, about three years ago from a shelter. She was already fat! And an a three year old adult. All I see is “put that cat on a diet!” “This is borderline animal abuse!” Dude, have you ever had an overweight cat? Especially if you have multiple cats? I’ve talked to the vet, she said my Bumbles is doing fine. Her teeth are great, she’s up to date on her shots, she’s happy and the cuddliest girl. So hey Reddit. Maybe adopt the fat 3 year old cat from the shelter that no one wants and is a sweet angel then try to have them lose weight. It’s not the easiest.
