Hello Reddit I had few issues on nurse bank on my main trust, l had 3 complaints on different occasions from different departments therefore I had to go through a formal meeting and put my point across, they've given me a written warning and states that I am being monitored for 6 months and limited to a certain speciality. My concern is that I don't wanna bank there as often now as I don't wanna be sacked, and I'm only sticking to that position for 7 months now anyhow but however I am on a sister trust where l've never had any issues, the sister trust I have joined on a separate contract and prior so my question is if there are complaints in terms of code of conduct does this get passed to other trusts, are they allowed to do so, or does it breach staff confidentiality. As I rather bank on sister trust now then risking things up, If it helps then I'm from the UK

I'm 18F and I just broke up with my boyfriend of 1 & 1/2 years a little bit ago. Prior to dating, we were really close friends for months, talked about other potential partners in that time, and share a LOT of mutual friends. Because of own our problems and mainly external factors like strict parents about interracial dating (cause we were in high school), we've both individually been thinking about breaking up with the other person for a couple months now but held on for the sake of fear and feeling bad about hurting the other person's feelings (it's also our first relationship so we don't know what heartbreak is like).
In those couple months, I've slowly let go of the romantic feelings as I've been grieving our relationship WHILE in the relationship as I thought about breaking up with him. We waited to the end of our first semester to finally sit and talk, we talked and he wanted to go on a break. During this break, we went back to being friends and while it sucked at first, I came to the realization I couldn't see myself getting back together with him and preferred us as fun friends, which I missed. I ended the break early by breaking up with him, which was a mutual decision.
The break up was very healthy and we were thinking the same thing, mainly feeling relieved as we both were considering breaking up with each other for the past couple months and one of us finally just bit the bullet. we've come to the consensus that we both know that not only do we not want to get back together romantically, we cannot get back together (because of our parents and interracial dating mindsets that won't change).
on the day of the break up, we agreed to stay friends and personally, i would really love to stay friends because we had such a strong foundation before that, to the point where prior to dating, he helped set me up with one of his friends and i ranted to him about my boy problems. being young and not knowing how to navigate this, i'm reading a lot of stuff on reddit and on instagram and a lot of people are saying to not stay friends, go no contact for months to years, etc. and my brain is just confused on what to do. i feel like i need permission/validation from more experienced people to decide what is the "right" thing to do (which i know that isn't the best mindset) so i'm here on reddit posting this LMAO. thanks in advance.

It had a monster that looked like a Death angel?
This short covered a part of the game where your in a abandoned school and the Protagonist and his friend was cornered by 3 girls one of whom had a gun. when they found you 1 of 2 things happened:
1: the Protag jumps through a open garage door and kicking the car jack keeping the shutter open, Trapping the Girls inside.
2: something something The protag is in the gym with the girls when the monster (Or death angel) jumps down and kills the girl with a gun.

The fact that relationships outside the house reflect what happened inside is a testament to how real and intense this season was.
KV made strong bonds only with chum, shilpa, and DV. After the show too the family gang is the family gang. The family gang is chilling and enjoying while others are giving interviews and posting shit about KV. every other housemate being salty shows how real they were in hating KV when they were inside. I for one take that as reality of this season being authenticated.
