Have recently swapped from running to cycling indoors using a magnet stationary bike. Have being enjoying it but I have one problem which is that my perineum area is taking a beating and it is leaving me sore and almost bruised. Is there anything I can do about this other then maybe get a seat cushion? Thanks.

 | Second pic is the reference. I did all my due diligence, this artist is super experienced with cover ups, had a great portfolio,owned their own shop, and mentors other tattooists. But this piece just got fucked. To make matters worse it’s a cover up for self harm scars and a semi colon tattoo I got when I was 18 which is still entirely visible. I've had my ICF-C1 for about 10 years, and I keep it set to BUZZER because the radio tends to cut in and out occasionally. However, this morning, it started playing a beepy version of Grieg's "Morning Mood", which was pretty unnerving and I've never heard it do that. About 8 minutes later, it switched back to the usual beeping, and it hasn't happened again since.
Has anyone else experienced something like this with their alarm clocks?
