So I ordered some factory seconds online after seeing people saying its usually just small defects like scratches or discoloration or maybe something with the stitching. I didn't mind if the shoes came with any of those since it is a factory second at discount. However the leather on some parts of the shoe is like in the images posted. It looks like its cracking and going to start to peel after just a few wears. Is it possible to get a refund without the restocking fee cause this seems worse than a factory second.

Hi all - my financial advisor (who I trust) has suggested I link my bank accounts to the platform they use to allow them to see real-time insights into my banking/status of cash assets etc. - while testing through this it looks like Yodlee is the mechanism used to pull that data.
Is this safe and secure? I haven't gone through the steps to actually provide consent so I'm not sure if it will ask for bank login information or if its done through some other mechanism. Is it normal? Secure? Any repercussions?

I’ve been getting so many different answers about how much the college you go to matters. I understand it does to an extent, but how much really for engineering?
Reason being, my options are as follows: 1. attend local uni as a freshman fall 2025(mid) 2. reapply spring 26 with better scores gpa projects go to a better program
big reason for this is the connections. people don’t go to harvard for a harvard education, they go because that’s where you’ll find more opportunities and a stronger network, hence why my local uni isn’t a great choice.

I’m a 36 year old at 24 weeks. I had my anatomy scan done at 23 weeks (last week.) The fetus was about 460 grams and is in the 5th centile for GA. During the visit, it was found that there is a large funnel with no measurable functional cervix seen, and I was immediately sent to MFM specialists. Turns out, it was 3.6 cm dilated with bulging membrane. On the same day, I had an emergency cervical cerclage (McDonald) procedure done and got discharged a few days later. It’s been a week now, and I’m now at 24w5d. I also started using vaginal progesterone inserts since last week.
My question is, I was advised by the medical team to schedule a follow-up visit with my current OB within a week or so, but he’s been away and I was able to book an appt. later this week and next week.
Since I’m on strict bed rest and thankfully, not experiencing any symptoms (no bleeding, no discharge, no cramps, no pain) is the follow up appointment necessary? The last thing I want to do for my baby is getting out of this house right now. Additionally, I will be seeing the same doctor for a prenatal routine check up in 2 weeks anyway (at 26w6d). I just do not want to disturb my cervix.

I'm curious to hear if there any viable Momentum mechanic builds involving the "Chain of Liberation" (which was replaced by the Luminous Armor). Especially ones that are cyclical in nature, such that the equipment setup feeds back onto each other.
For example, I was thinking of something along the lines of using the Momentum mechanic alongside something like Spirit Guardians, Ashardalon's Stride, etc., and the Moondrop Pendant, in order to blitz around the field with as little drawback as possible, and then having that feed back into itself. (I'm not tied down to any one spell, so feel free to drop suggestions.)
In theory, my equipment set up (based on Act 1 stuff) would be something like...
Necklace: Moondrop Pendant Armor: Chain of Liberation Helm: Haste Helm Boots: (Boots of Speed or Springstep Boots) Ring 1: Spurred Band Ring 2: Crusher's Ring Weapon: Speedy Reply Etc.
The idea, just like Spirit Guardians + Sanctuary, is to perpetually run around the battlefield and demolish as many enemies as one turn as possible with as few harmful side effects as possible.
I'm still new to the game and the mod community, which is why I'm asking this question here. If you have any ideas, I'm all ears, with the understanding that I would strongly prefer to keep this build as single ability dependent as possible.
Also, if there are any other spells that could proc more than once per turn out there, just based on the fact that you moved past an enemy, that would be of interest to me as well.
Finally, is it possible to "overstack" Momentum stacks, even temporarily?

I have recently had some issues with work accommodating my disability after environmental changes. I definitely found this impacted my mental health recently. Definitely correlated but not a direct cause i have really been struggling with my mental health the last few months. I have felt that work have been superficially supportive but that much. Currently i am off work following a suicide attempt and unsure if i should disclose this to work on returning or not. I am currently in the hospital and will probably be here another month before even considering returning to month as i recovering from severe injuries. At the moment i am thinking i probably will attempt to return to work following discourse but unsure if i should just give my injuries as the reason or disclose more regarding this.
