Went to one of the activesg gyms for the first time today and it was quite crowded so unfortunately it was quite hard for me to use the equipments. What times are the gyms usually not so crowded? Am currently not working nor schooling so i can go gym almost anytime of the day.

Two weekends ago I experienced what I can only describe as the worst headache of my life that woke me up from my sleep in the middle of the night. Since then I've had a cluster headache more or less on a daily basis - this coincided with a bad cough / cold, traveling from Asia back to the states, and being in close proximity to the LA fires.
I spoke to a doctor virtually and she suggested that the headaches were likely the product of a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. I also started taking vitamin D3 along with the antibiotics after reading about D3 on this subreddit. After taking one round of the antibiotics I went my first day without a cluster headache and was extremely relieved. My cold has all but subsided and I'm on my 3rd round of the antibiotics but got another gnarly headache just now. I also got this most recent headache after having a drink and alcohol seems to be a trigger for others?
I wanted to ask those with experience - how did others here get diagnosed with cluster headaches? Is it time to see a neurologist? What do people typically do to ease the pain and what long term habits can help? Also, how long do cycles typically last for people?
All and any advice is really appreciated!!!

Over the years I have tried many different routines to help manage housework instead of spending ALL weekend cleaning. I struggle to start (ADHD & Mental health- you get it). When I finally do start by chosing 2 top priority tasks on my to-do list, I find that I hyperfocus too much and literally do not stop or sit, next thing I know it's time for dinner and bed.
So my question is: 1. How do I work on the ideology that any progress is good? I teach my kids 100% looks different everyday for everyone, but practicing what I preach is another story. Example: Cleaning a dirty spot on the wall and stopping instead of then scrubbing every wall, window, and baseboard in the house.

Hello everyone. I need some help for my younger brother. My brother (21M) was just diagnosed this week with Visual Snow and has been experiencing symptoms for several weeks. He also previously had generalized anxiety, and was using various recreational drugs like weed. When he started experiencing symptoms, he stoped his drug use completely but the visual snow didnât go away. He became cripplingly anxious, having frequent panic attacks and keeps telling me he âdoesnât have control overâ his mind or thoughts and itâs scaring him. I keeps calling and telling me he just wants it to stop but every time he wakes up in the morning and itâs still there he has a panic attack.
He is on a waitlist for an appointment with a second neurologist but thereâs no telling when heâll get to see him. I found a visual snow support group for him and heâs interested. I would tell him about this reddit but thereâs too many doom and gloom posts on here and Iâm worried it will trigger him further and send him into another panic attack. What advice do you all have? Does anyone else have anxiety surrounding their symptoms? I appreciate any advice at all.

Added potatoes and sautéed cabbage with shiitake mushrooms (+tbsp of garlic paste). I mixed one egg yolk with the juice of one lemon in a cup and tempered it with the broth from the soup and added it towards the end. Topped with green onions, sour cream and chili garlic crunch. Graduating student.
Our completion will start on Friday. Ang problema never na rotate sa DR ang group namin. Each of us has 3-4 cases from previous school year, 9 ang kailangan i-complete. Habang yung mga group na complete ay paulit-ulit na naro-rotate sa DR.
We have reached to the level coordinator na nagse-set ng schedule multiple times pero wala namang nangyayari.
Is there a legal action to this?
Fair lang kami nagbabayad ng RLE fee pero bat ang unfair ng rotation.

I've been using disposable wipes when using a public toilet, only ever using the ones that are specifically labeled "flushable wipes" because I thought that means they can be flushed down the toilet...
I mean what else does "flushable" mean? Yet I was told today that you shouldn't flush "flushable" wipes down the toilet because they aren't flushable...
Well if they aren't flushable when wtf is even the point of calling them flushable? That's like if a vegan eats a 100% vegetable based burger and then is told by the way you shouldn't eat it because there's real meat in it đđ
How is this not false advertising? Is there some fine print that says these flushable wipes don't flush? Is there a different meaning to the word flusbable?
How has there not been a law suit to remove the word flushable from wipes that can't flush đ
