PLEASE ask your servers at your individual locations how it gets distributed. It is not a tip. It might go directly to them, it might go to a tip pool, it might go to the house and be used to pay hourly wages. Different locales have different laws regarding the tip credit and how wages are structured. You will not get a one-size-fits-all answer on this subreddit. You need to talk to employees at your location.
They work hard and deserve to be compensated fairly for it. Don't assume anything.

I've used this for ageees but for some reason after not using it for a year my skin now gets red after applying this and almost like an itchy rash. I've tried it a couple of times and it's definitely the benzac irritating my skin.
I've swapped to Azclear for a few weeks now but feel like it doesn't do much for my acne.
Has anyone had a similar reaction and used a different brand of Benzoyl Peroxide with success?

I originally had a first paragraph here but I think it violates an unspoken rule looking at other reddits talking about this place. Essentially this is all because I exist and people in power do not like that. And this is not a thing that can get better any time soon or without a few deaths.
But I don't want to commit suicide. It's too difficult especially with the restrictions of things I can actually get in my house & the fact I can't leave it. I don't want to burden people with my body. So I just have to watch myself slowly die from my various disabilities while doing nothing to get it checked out. I previously had a therapist and he couldn't even help me with any of this, he just told me that yeah, he's worried for me.
Killing myself may be the kindest thing for myself but I just don't have the strength to do it. And I know it's not going to get better until I'm retired, if it ever does.
I don't know if this post makes sense. I've been having sleep difficulties for a while due to all this and my brain isn't with it. I just want out.

I set up my business a few years ago in a small commercial premises outside the city centre and it has become quite profitable. I've decided that I would like to purchase my own commercial property. This would also mean expanding my business and taking on more people. I have a SIPP that I'm currently contributing 5k per month into (currently has 115k ) I'm not planning on doing this for another 3.5 years, which at that point I'll have around 300k.
I want to purchase a commercial property (shop) outright and then pay rent to my own pension scheme while continuing to pay in profits to my SIPP.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this and whether or not they found it to be worthwhile.

I'm currently reviewing for the sec+ 701 starting with domain 1. I noticed that a lot of my resources have their own definitions for security controls (technical, operational, managerial), and it's kind of confusing me. For example, cyber craft videos say that "operational controls-for the human element e.g policies, procedures, and training programs while managerial controls- oversight of a system e.g. risk identification or the evaluation of other security controls". Prof Messer says "managerial controls- administrative controls associated with security design and implementation, security policies standard operating procedures". It is confusing to me because do both controls involve policies? I would like some clarification or an example. I want to make sure I truly understand these concepts, especially for PBQs. Help is greatly appreciated
