2025.01.22 06:59 RogueWolf300 What to do in the Wildlife field?
Hello, I realize this question has probably been asked a bunch of times but I don’t know what to do or start. I’m in my early 20s and I was originally thinking of going into Vet Tech. But I don’t really think that is for me, I took a couple courses at a nearby community college. A nearby University offers a program in Wildlife Conservation and Ecology Management. But I’m not sure if that would exactly be for me either and I would be almost 30 by the time I finished that degree. I want to be out in the field observing animals and seeing what they do, how they move and observe behaviors, I find it very intriguing. But I would also like to work directly as well. Ultimately I would love to work with Red Pandas in some way. I saw one in a zoo when I was younger and fell in love with them. I did a research paper about them recently and I know their habitat, habits, their endangered status etc etc. I also want to help wildlife and the environment as a whole. I want to have some kind of impact on the world but I have no Idea where to start. Do I start by volunteering somewhere nearby? Is there entry level jobs I can get so I can gain experience and get paid as well? If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

It is estimated about 1-3% of people respond to junk mail and buy the product or service. If it was 0%, they would stop sending them. Who are the people buying these things? I mostly get ads for replacement windows, solar instillation, or lawn services, things I couldn't possibly buy because I don't own a home. I also get insurance, bank, and telecom ads.

I’ve suffered with HG since week 10 currently 30 weeks now. I have lost 13 kg and seem to keep dropping. Throwing up has reduced to 1-2 times a day since 24 weeks it’s mainly in the morning or the afternoons but some days I struggle to get out of bed because the nausea is so debilitating. I’m just over this I know the end is in sight but it honestly doesn’t feel that way.

One of my friend hasn't got his summer intern yet and he is kind of feeling depressed, I've given at least 20 OAs for him, & got 100% in 19 of them (except RAMP got 950/1000), but he had only got like 2-3 interviews. What's the purpose of OA if you are not interviewing someone with 100% score?
Is this common to get only 2-3 interviews out of 19?

Hey everyone, I (M, 22) recently met this amazing girl (F, 22) on Reddit about four days ago. She had posted something about astrology, asking about the qualities of her future partner, and I ended up replying. We got into a conversation, and it turns out we have so much in common. She’s spiritual, loyal, and values her cultural roots—coincidentally, we’re both Brahmins, which was a nice surprise.
Over the last few days, we’ve been talking a lot, and honestly, I feel like she’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a partner. She’s religious, loves books, traveling, mountains, philosophy, spirituality etc. There’s just something about her that feels right, like she’s the one. I don’t want to risk losing her, but I also don’t want to rush things.
The only issue is that we’re in different cities right now. I’ll be moving to her city in July for my master’s degree, so I’m trying to figure out the best approach.
Should I wait until I’m there to bring up the idea of a relationship, or is it okay to talk about it now? I don’t want to let the moment slip if it feels right, but I also don’t want to come across as moving too fast.

Hey guys, I've only been camming for a week now and got caught in a scam and I know I feel like an idiot... His name on Camsoda is jacksonbigbank and I have already banned him from my stream.
He paid for my snapchat (his snapchat username is lifeisgood3834) and he added me and told me to log off of my stream to earn $50 i listened. I know i should have got the money in advance but I'm new and ignorantly trusted he would pay.
He said he would pay me $50-$80 on snapchat to do a video call and I did. During the video call i did not consent to being screen recorded and he did anyways claiming he would pay the extra and make it $80. Not to mention he was aggresive and disrespectful during the call. After the call he said my cashapp said it was a scam. I redid my cashapp and fixed it and suddenly 3 days later he kept making excuses for why he couldn't pay. I am very not proud of that video and praying it doesn't come out EVER. I know this is a dumb decision and hoping and praying it doesn't haunt me.
it was my first stream on Camsoda and now I'm nervous to get back on. I thought it would be smart to warn any other new models and ask if any more experiences models have any scams they fell for in the past or recently to help us feel not so alone?
Thank you guys for at least taking the time to read this. I reported the account on Camsoda and they said they will review the account.
My lesson from this is to NEVER EVER EVER do anything before the money is sent. It was a not good choice but if I don't at least learn a lesson from it, I'll go crazy.

I'm currently having a canopy mounted to my hilux with with a 150kg rating roof rack. I'm looking to mount a 23zero rooftop tent to it. It's 2.2m long. It's going to be overhanging the canopy.
