I understand the technique says no verbalisation, however, when I am in vipassana, I find myself mentally “narrating” the sensations. Vibration, pressure, itch, heat, etc. Do you just feel them without putting a name, or as you explore the different body parts you mentally name what the sensations are?

Buenos días, en la empresa donde trabajo hay cámaras de seguridad por doquier, y recientemente, nos hemos dado cuenta que tienen el micrófono activado puesto que en una discusión se nombró al jefe (no presente en la sala) y éste llamó al móvil de uno de los integrantes para decirle "de todo menos guapo", en referencia a lo que allí se estaba hablando. Posteriormente conseguimos acceso a las cámaras y efectivamente, se escuchan clarísimamente las conversaciones. ¿Qué podemos hacer al respecto? Muchas gracias a tod@s de antemano.

 | Basically I discovered this ground floor appartment didn't have a concrete retainer wall it's just wood on a concrete pad. The sole plate doesn't exists anymore, it rotted to mud, the bottom 10 inches of every joist was rotted or mud, the floor under the sink cabinets was rotted or mud. The only thing holding up thr second floor was apparently a wall separating a bedroom from the kitchen and the side walls which are also rotting but not quite gone. Home owner is broke so I just kinda told him he needs to get something under those joists for support at the very least. Till it can be fixed right.
