Hallo ihr lieben. Ich brauche ganz dringend euren Rat.
Ich hab 2020 das erste Mal Escitalopram 20mg genommen und über Jahre bis jetzt ausgeschlichen auf 0,6mg. Ich hatte überhaupt keine Probleme, bis ich dann merkte dass ich zunehmend wieder depressiver werde und nachts Panikattacken bekam. Da ich jetzt eine 1 jährige Tochter habe und mir nicht ‚erlauben‘ konnte die ganze Nacht durch die Panikattacken wach zu sein, dachte ich mir, ich erhöhe meine Dosis wieder auf 2mg.
Ich hatte die schlimmsten Nebenwirkungen die es gibt. Es war der Horror. Das ganze ist jetzt 4 Wochen her, aber ich hab sowas noch nie erlebt. Ich habe nur 1,4mg eingeschlichen und ich dachte ich Dreh total durch. Konnte nicht mehr schlafen, essen, garnichts. War kurz davor mich einzuweisen. Mir geht’s heute wieder besser, bis auf paar nächte in denen ich nicht schlafen kann.
Meine Frage ist jetzt, ich hab so Angst meine Dosis zu erhöhen (ich will und muss mich unbedingt stabilisieren) , wenn mein Körper plötzlich so heftig auf so eine Mini Dosierung reagiert.
Ich hatte damals überhaupt keine Probleme mit dem einschleichen, ich hatte Garkeine Nebenwirkungen. Bei meinem Psychiater war ich bereits, der hatte mich null ernst genommen und meinte nur er kann mir da auch nicht helfen, ich muss das selber entscheiden ob ich jetzt wieder hochdosiere oder nicht.
Ich fühl mich echt im Stich gelassen und weiß momentan garnicht wohin mit mir. Wieso reagiert mein Körper plötzlich so paradox auf das Medikament? Ich bin ja in keinem kalten Entzug oder so. Hat hier jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht? Ist das normal das der Körper beim zweiten eindosieren solche Nebenwirkungen von sich gibt?

If you could see in the picture, it looks like stain/rust/paint(?) but we did not notice it before. It looks like it only became visible after a month. Our contractor said that this is expected given that the tile is a natural stone (Sukabumi - bottom / Black Lava - side). Do you guys happen to know how to clean this and why is it appearing?
