Since trauma causes a likihood of parts forming, that makes self more disconnected. With therapy and unburdening and healing parts, they can change roles and essentially "grow up" to the present age of the self, but never merging with the self. As IFS indicates, parts have beneficial roles so therefore the more traumatized one is, likely means the more parts they have, and with unburdening, healing, and changing the roles of parts for the better, the system now has an advantage because they have so many parts working to advantage right?

So I am trying to do proper cable management, but am not sure on how to handle my charging cables. I basically need a USB-C, USB mini and a USB A female for charging my keyboard, mouse, ebook reader, headset and various other things. Since I am charging some of these items during usage I also need some reach/length on these cables, so I can still move my mouse etc.
Now my question is, how do you guys handle your charging cables? Personally I would like to hide as much of the cables as possible, but this interferes with having enough cable length available.

So with the storm chacer update every 24 hours every storm related thing will return such as dungeons, raven and storm king But i mostly put a allarm for 24 hours but i sometimes forget i have those alarms on and i have so many awkward interactions having to explain why i have a allarm in the middle of class just couse i defeated him earlier in the weekends so i would love to see if there was a timer on the map next to it or instead of the text saying "storm king is gathering his energy" it would be a little different with it saying "storm king is gathering his energy 24:00:00 left until he is fully charged again" this can really improve my life tbh as i dont have a awkward moment sinds i am kinda introverted but i feel like the only reason this isn't a thing yett is becouse you still need to leave when the 24 hour count down is over wich honnestly brings me to a 2 in 1 although i feel like the other one is way easier but my 2nd suggestion is that there would be a animation for when the storm awakens live in game like a lightning boult shoots up in the sky from the rift/portal and the big purple/black cloud appears and thunder beaing heard from across the worlds no matter where you are you'll hear thunder in a direction of that storm and it'll ping that storm as like a implication that its ready for battle again just as maybe like a mini event couse i wont lie the mini event was awesome from the star wars event and i hope to see something like it

There are a lot of reasons Amazon isn’t worth your money but now after Bezos, Musk and Zuckerberg all showed loyal to Trump this got more relevant so I want to share something I found about a year ago!
Last February I cancelled my Audible subscription and instead switched to https://libro.fm/
You can read more about them on their website but the tldr is: they are a worker owned company that share profits with local bookstores of your choice!
Honestly for me it’s been great, they have a good app but also the audiobooks are DRM free so you can download them and listen wherever you want!
Obviously might be other great options, but this is the one I found but if you have another please share, so if anyone is interested in switching they have as many options as possible!

My husband has just had his US green card interview in London UK and it seems he just has to send in a police report for a country that he lived in briefly 20 years ago along with his passport and then he will be approved. We were informed previously that had he been approved today they would have returned his passport within 10 working days. My question is whether or not the processing times once the police report and passport are received via courrier are also within 10 working days since we have a trip coming up next month. Looking for timelines from people who may have had similar experiences especially those applying for green card through American spouses in the UK. Thank you.
