Not completely sure the point of this post. I’ve been fasting for a long time. I lost 7 stone mostly doing 5:2, 7 years ago in the space of a a year. To be honest, I was not a healthy person. Limited exercise and bad food choices. Even though I am happy I lost all the weight now cringe at the way I did it. I then discovered 16:8 and have been doing this since. Avoiding UPF’s and moving much more. Although I tend to go through some bad times where it all goes out the window.
Although I have some weight to lose my main priority is overall health and autophagy. Keeping off 6 of the 7 stone u originally lost is a big win to me. Since Christmas I have been eating really well cutting out most UPF’s and doing at least 16:8, though most days is longer, even hitting my first ever 24 hour fast. Just as I started to feel the benefits I read the bloody book ‘fast like a girl’ and my head is all over the place. The thing is my cycles have been messed up for a few years and I would like to sort that out. I suffer depression and have often wondered if it’s linked to hormones. So I’ve decided to give changing up my fasting a go. I have taken what the book says with a pinch of salt as I know the bad rep it’s got here. But it kind of makes sense to not stress my body the week leading up to my period.
The last two days I’ve eaten after 13 hours of fasting and it just feels odd eating in the morning and I just don’t feel hungry. It’s doesn’t feel right to me. Should I be forcing myself to eat if I don’t want to. I don’t really know anymore. It always feels like just as I get my head around one thing, something else is thrown at you, you know?

Hello. I should start running a few Instagram profiles for some of my clients soon.
So far I've had mine that I've run, I know up to 5 can be added in the Instagram app. How do you manage multiple client profiles? What if I have 20 clients and I have to log into 20 Instagram profiles every day?
Do you log in every day, do your work and log out from each one separately or? Is there a way to be logged into Chrome, have each tab open to a different profile, and not get banned by Instagram for the same IP address?
It is very important to me that none of the client accounts get banned, so I am skeptical to use some random applications. I need an advice from experienced marketers what is best way to do it. Thanks in advance. :)

I main Cloak and Dagger right now with Moon Knight and Scarlet Witch on the side and I still suck and I hate it.
With Cloak and Dagger I can do decent, like 10-15k heals, if games are more intense then around 20k. But I still find myself dying a lot, sometimes my fault, others my team completely ignoring the enemy and leaving me to 1v2 a Spider-Man and Black Panther. It’s just so demotivating to be trying my hardest, but either the enemy team is to good, or my team isn’t that great.
Same with my DPS characters expect I mainly suck, feels like I can’t even peak my head once into the action without just getting destroyed and it sucks. Does anyone have any basic tips or anything to help? If it matters I have like 50hrs on the game.
