Hey folks,
Received an offer to exit consulting for a much better wlb and higher pay in industry.
I need to tell my boss I am leaving, tricky thing is that I was promoted to manager some months ago after the previous manager resigned.
I am the person in the team with the most knowledge and experience and I am managing an operation of 20 consultants in the team. I plan to transfer all my knowledge to my right-hand but several people left already in the team for a much higher salary during the last months, so I am concerned about the bad image that this could bring to the client.
How would you approach the conversation without burning bridges?

Hey all! I have a 2017 Ford Escape 1.5L. We had some good snow/ice last night. Well, trying to turn out and go up a hill, I got stuck at first, and then slid down sideways while my wheels were straight. I only slid about 1 car width, and didn't strike anything. Then I put it in reverse and went straight down the hill. As soon as I went straight my TPMS light came on. Could I have damaged the sensor or something? Thank you in advance! All 4 wheels look good and no visible damage

I am a female in my thirties, and my parents have been watching me get sicker and all around worse for the last three years. Iāve been dying for three years, and in the process Iāve briefly died several times. All of that asideā¦
Forgive me for asking, but for those of you who are experiencing a loved one dying, why do some of you keep such a distance? My only brother and I were quite closeā¦and he canāt bring himself to look at, be near, talk to, email, text, or in any other way contact me. I wrote a very heartfelt card for him on Christmas ā which cost me dislocating every single finger, some many times ā and he never acknowledged it in any way.
I live with my parents, as Iām now almost entirely bedbound. I canāt eat, I functionally canāt drink. Starvation and dehydration, kidney failure, liver failure, failure of my GI systemāa lot of pain, and nausea, and vomiting.
I go out of my way with energy I donāt really have to make things as easy as possible. Theyā¦mostly donāt have anything to do with me. Iām alone more than 95% of the time. All day, every day. If I directly ask my father for something, he will bring it to me and leave. Last time I asked my mother, she got mad halfway through and yelled at me for being selfish and trying to ruin her day.
This all makes me sad, of course, but I also just really donāt understand and I am trying to. I know this is a terrible question to ask, and I truly do not want to bring pain to anyone. I hoped, however, that some of you in the opposite positionāwhere you are perhaps distancing yourself or ignoring a loved one that is dyingāI hoped you might tell me why? Perhaps if I can better understand what they are going through, what they might be thinking or scared ofāI hoped that might help.
As it is, I feel utterly alone, unloved, and like a very unwanted burden. Obviously this saddens meā¦but I very much donāt want to resent or grow angry with my loved ones, even though they arenāt acting like loved ones.
So I am very sorry to ask, because I am sure this is a topic rife with pain for most, but if you could find it in you to answer, it would mean a great deal with me. Can anyone help me understand the other perspective? Even if you canāt, I thank you for reading this, and I wish you well.

If someone decides to use a residential property for business purposes, do they need any permission or consent from planning departments? We live in a residential area and noticed an increase in the amount of kerb parking and traffic delays due to cars restricting lane space on what was already a "rat run". We then discovered via an advert that a resident who recently moved in is running a sort of mini-spa/massage business from spare rooms in the house. They are living in other rooms in the house. I wasn't sure if this should have needed consultation with local residents in advance as it was completely predictable that this would cause traffic issues. Appreciate any advice on the legalities of this.

Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this.
Iām 23 years old, and Iāve been training for 5 years. But for the past 2 months, my life has been going downhill. I lost my dream job that I worked so hard for over 6 months, and I also lost my dog. On top of that, Iāve been dealing with so many mental and physical struggles.
Mentally, I have no energy, no motivation, and I sometimes feel suicidal. Iāve been struggling with a loss of identity and constant anxiety. Physically, Iāve lost about 30% of my muscle gains within just a month. Iāve gotten smaller to the point where people have started commenting on it. Whatās scary is that I havenāt changed my diet, lifestyle, or training routine, but my body is deteriorating. Iām also suffering from triceps tendinitis, and now Iām starting to get joint and tendon pain in other areasāit feels like a spiral.
My muscles constantly feel deflated, and my pump only lasts about 15 minutes, whereas before, I would always look swole. I used to be extremely vascular, but now I barely see any veins popping out. I just look small all the time, and itās terrifying. Itās hard to even look in the mirror or at old photos because I looked so much bigger just a year ago. Itās really messing with my mental health, and I donāt know how to deal with it.
Another issue is that I havenāt had morning wood in over 6 months, which is definitely unusual for a 23-year-old.
For context, these are the supplements Iām currently taking: Creatine, Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU), Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Niacin, L-Citrulline, Agmatine, Beet Root Powder, Betaine Anhydrous, Caffeine, Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, Collagen, Ashwagandha, Boron, Probiotics, Magnesium, Calcium, Omega-3, Turmeric, Ginger, Ginseng, Taurine, Super Enzymes, L-Lysine, L-Carnitine, Zinc, and Boswellia. I also eat around 200ā230g of protein daily and get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.
I recently got my blood test results, and my testosterone levels came back at 6.68 ng/mL, while my cortisol levels were 17.8 Āµg/dL. My LH was 2.69, and my FSH was 2.38. I live in Japan, and my doctor didnāt suggest anything for my testosterone levels because the baseline here is much lower compared to the U.S. However, based on bodybuilding standards and the U.S. baseline, I know my testosterone is very low. Iām wondering if I should consider TRT because I donāt know what else to do at this point.
If anyone has advice or has gone through something similar, I would really appreciate your input. Thank you.
