Je me permets de poster ici en urgence car trois de mes voisins se retrouvent sans eau et nous avons besoin de conseils juridiques.
Voici un résumé de la situation.
Contexte de l'emménagement : En mars 2024, mes voisins et moi avons emménagé dans une résidence neuve. Dès notre arrivée, notre bailleur nous a informés qu'il y avait un problème avec les compteurs d'eau. Les compteurs individuels étaient défectueux, et il nous a expliqué que l'eau serait facturée au prorata jusqu'à ce que le problème soit réglé. À ce moment-là, nous avons tous compris que l'eau était incluse dans nos charges, et qu'un réajustement serait effectué après un an. Cependant, il est important de noter que le détail des charges ne nous a jamais été communiqué.
Intervention de Suez : Hier, un technicien de Suez est venu vérifier les compteurs d'eau. Il a sonné à notre porte et nous a confirmé que tout était en ordre, nous indiquant que nous devions souscrire un contrat avec eux. J'ai été surprise car je pensais que l'eau faisait partie de nos charges. Le technicien a pris nos coordonnées et nous a demandé de les contacter pour régler les paiements impayés depuis notre emménagement. Il a également mentionné qu'il fallait signaler la date d'entrée dans les lieux, ce qui m'a semblé étrange.
Coupures d'eau : Le soir même, trois de mes voisins ont découvert que leur eau avait été coupée. En appelant Suez, on leur a expliqué que leurs logements étaient considérés comme vacants, ce qui justifiait la coupure. On leur a aussi précisé que, pour rétablir l'eau, ils devaient souscrire un contrat directement avec Suez. Malgré les rappels à la loi, Suez reste inflexible sur cette question.
Incohérences et inquiétudes : - La coupure semble arbitraire : certains voisins absents lors de l'intervention n'ont pas eu leur eau coupée, tandis que d’autres ont été sanctionnés. Par ailleurs, on voit que les logements ne sont pas vacants : paillassons sales, rideaux aux fenêtres, nom sur la porte, etc. - Aucune notification officielle concernant l'eau ne nous a été adressée jusqu'à présent. - Une de mes voisines a été incitée par une représentante du bailleur à mentir sur sa date d'entrée pour régulariser la situation, ce qui me paraît suspect.
Ma voisine la plus proche, ayant été coupée, refuse de souscrire un contrat avec Suez tant qu'il n'y a pas de clarification sur les charges d'eau et une transparence sur qui doit payer quoi.
Question : Quels sont les recours légaux possibles pour mes voisins et moi face à cette situation ? Avons-nous des droits concernant la coupure arbitraire de l'eau et l'absence d'information sur les charges ?

Job Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of BetVEX’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms, a passion for esports and Web3, and experience managing multi-platform campaigns. They should excel in team management, creative strategy, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Marketing Manager and co-founders to implement and refine the social media strategy.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee content across BetVEX’s social media platforms using a content calendar.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, engaging content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the BetVEX community across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and discussions to foster strong relationships.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, particularly within esports and Web3, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

BetVEX is initially looking for this role to run up to a successful first round of funding. An evaluation will then take place regarding extending the duration of this role post-raise, based on the performance of the successful candidate.
BetVEX wants to remunerate via token allocation of its VEX token initially.

This question has been plaguing me for the past couple of months, and I can not seem to wrap my head around it. Let me explain.
During the (ongoing) Pandemic we know that almost all Trumpers were anti-vaxxers and anti-Science. So because of their MAGAt cultish believes, we know none of them got vaccinated, none of them social distanced, none of them got boosted, for all i know they probably didnt even wash their hands. As a result, its almost guaranteed that the majority of them died of Covid. President Biden said they were in for winter of death, and Covid (one of the most dangerous plagues of all time) surely delivered. So who was left to vote for Trump during this past election cycle? How did Orange Satan win by a dominating majority if his whole voterbase is dead from not trusting the science and not getting vaccinated?
To make the mystery more puzzling I have been told my fact checkers and TRUSTED news sources (Snopes, CNN and MSNBC), there is no such thing as election interference or election meddling. I would never question the experts, but that doesnt mean I cant have questions in general.... but I am afraid of doing my own research, because thats what conspiracy theorists, nazi's and fascists do.
Can someone please tell me what to think here?
