Je suis une femme de 22 ans. J’ai rencontré mon copain lorsque j’avais 18 ans et lors de notre première rencontre je lui ait dit que j’avais déjà eu des rapports avec d’autres hommes, ça ne semblait pas le « déranger ».

Hello. I apologize for my lack of technical knowledge in advance.
As the title suggests, I've had an issue installing the 24H2 update for my HP Victus 16 (d0007nk).
At first, I downloaded the update and restarted my PC. Upon booting, I was stuck with a black screen and it only showed my cursor (it seemed larger than normal so I'm guessing it wasn't set at the usual resolution for some reason). It stayed like that for several hours so I shut it down.
After startup, I noticed that my PC became extremely slow. Nothing seemed out of order on the task manager, so I looked for fixes online.
I ran DISM, SFC scans and the chkdsk command but they came up with nothing.
I then tried reinstalling the update using Windows Update, but I kept getting an error during the download, so I deleted the Windows Update cache (which took about 4 hours, to give an idea of how slow my laptop has become) and redownloaded.
Upon restarting, I found myself stuck on the "Working on updates" screen at 65% completion for what could have been 12 hours.
I tried reinstalling Windows 11 from an ISO and it also got stuck at a certain point for a number of hours. I unfortunately do not recall the details of this attempt, but I guess it tried to install the update again and was halted by the same 65% issue.
I also used CrystalDiskMark to check my SSD's health, and nothing seems to be out of order.
At this point, I retraced my steps and made one last attempt at redownlading the update before seeking help. It is once again stuck at 65% and is asking me to keep my computer on.
How should I proceed? Preferably without data loss of course, but at this point I'll take anything to fix my PC.

Just had a curious question, a friend of mine recorded a conversation with a police officer when they got pulled over in Az while going through Marana, Az on their way home towards the southern part of the state, they were ticketed for a failure to yeild for stopping in a median which there aren't any laws against in Pima county from the research I've done on Az's stature website. They were more curious if they could use an audio recording of the police officer in court as evidence against the police officer for issuing a faulty ticket because they were within the 8ft limit of recording. I looked up some stuff and couldn't find anything on audio recordings of a police officer while being within the 8ft limit for visual recordings, and didn't know if they were good on that end. They also didn't tell the police officer they were recording them, but it's a one-party consent state so they didn't have to ask because the actual recording being started by an active first party of the conversation was evidence enough for them to not need the consent of the second party, (ie the police officer). But I'm a bit skeptical on that because I don't fully know the law's on that in Pima county, I live more towards the mid land states so differences in law's come into play there.
Some help would be extremely appreciated because I'm trying to make sure they got what they need to get it dismissed. Thank you to all who answer!!!

I'm 23, and 4 months into my remote working / travelling journey and have generally been staying in colivings, but unsurprisingly most people i meet in colivings are 30+.
I generally don't mind this - but one thing I'm really starting to miss is being around people the same age / life stage as me.
I've (sort of) accepted the fact that it is very rare to find other <25yo nomads - and most younger people are travelling to places for 2-3 days rather than months
Has anyone found any ways to connect with other younger slow travellers / nomads while travelling?

 | Hi ! I will explain my problem to you. I'm on Windows for information. When I want to export my pixel art animation with After Effects, the .mp4 rendering remains blurry when I zoom in on it (see SECOND photo). This is a problem since I want to do some editing on Premiere Pro afterwards). However, the visual appearing in After Effects when I work on it is perfectly clear (see FIRST photo). As the visual is clear, I don't understand how the exported rendering can be blurry! This seems crazy to me, especially given the price of the Adobe Suite, which produces such terrible results. I know that the mp4 format is not perfect, but that does not explain this rendering so cloudy whereas I would like it in 2k or 4k. Once again, this seems possible to me because the visual when edited in After Effect (even if I zoom in on it) is perfect BEFORE export. I would like to add that I tried to change the rendering parameters, in Quicktime then the Animation codec for example, but Windows does not read all the codecs.
