Ich kann heute eine Adder aus der Verpackung nehmen, mir ein paar Packungen Pfeile schnappen und ohne jede Änderung 100 Pfeile in ein paar Minuten ins Ziel knallen. Ohne irgendwelche Verstärkungen oder 3D-Druckteile. Mir wird auch keine Kralle brechen etc. -das Ding ist zuverlässig, robust und ausgereift. Heute ist mir einer von meinem Venom Extrem beim Spannen zerbrochen, der erste Gedanke war, du hast zuviel Hanteltraining gemacht =O einfach so nach ein paar Schüssen ohne Vorwarnung, War nicht weiter wild hat einfach knack gemacht. Hi everyone,
I'm a bit lost (F29). I've struggled with PCOS since I was diagnosed at 17, when I had very irregular periods. I've been on the pill since then and nothing else was prescribed for me.
I was able to lose 12kg (~26 lbs) with diet and exercise 5 years ago and I'm now at a "normal" weight (hate the word lol). But my symptoms started getting worse around 2 years ago, with constant sugar cravings, more body hair (even though I removed it with laser at 17), hair loss (currently using minoxidil prescribed by my dermatologist) and very very fatigued / brain fog, which is very distressing and I don't feel like myself anymore.
I went to the endocrinologist in November to discuss this issues and she prescribed me with metformin - 1400 mg a day, 1 pill at lunch + another at dinner. I felt so nauseous and had terrible GI issues, so I just started taking 1 pill (700 mg), and now I feel better. And also spironolactone. She told me to not stop taking the pill, since I don't want to conceive in the next 2 years.
The sugar cravings and appetite really improved in the beginning, but now I feel the same, so I'm wondering if this is even doing anything for me... Do you think I should also be taking supplements? Which ones? Anyone experiencing the same? I feel so lost and really scared of not being able to get pregnant, since I don't want to have a child until I'm probably 33 or something, but doctors always tell me to hurry up (I just bought a house and I'm trying to get my life together first) 💔
