For context i spent my entire childhood Playing badminton chess etc. I am state level badminton player. 90% of my friends plays football. Since last 2 years we were not playing football in our locality coz of lockdown etc. We started playing everyday from last few weeks. So i also started playing from last 5-6days I played really bad so they forced me to do keeping I have fast reflex so keeping is easy for me never played football before tho. Whenever I go for defence and do something wrong everyone starts laughing at me and apparently its first time when i realised what it feels to be at the bottom coz of my bad game everyone has started looking down on me in real life outside the game. Now i understood how my other friends felt when they played badminton with me 😓. So from last 1 year I am really passionate about football coz my girlfriend also likes football 🥰. That's why to impress her I am trying to improve my game. so I have a question for everyone. If you isekaied or switch body with me then what are the things you will do to improve your game from scratch?🤔

2025.01.22 11:34 OvenFearless Grainers Keycard questions
So, after having rewatched the show over 10 times now I got to say I just truly love Severance. It is so easy to get obsessed and dragged into the experience, and at the moment there is just one thing which seems a bit odd overall...
Mark S. gets the keycard from the doctor who killed him in the outside world, this means that as a first sign Irwing gets to visit Burt again since they've use the keycard to open their doors... the odd thing now is that Milkshake just goes "Oh we need to get those doors looked at"
And that's not the only thing, they clearly had access to the security room and no-one ever questioned where they got the keycard from? They would have to realize that they've gotten the one from Grainer, let alone due to logs and so forth in regards to who opened which door when...
So summed up, wouldn't this be a giant issue that someone got the keycard from a freaking murdered person? I wonder if they will ever touch upon this again or if it's "water under the bridge" for them since they do not take human lifes all to seriously. Otherwise Grainer might've been revived somehow and was the one watching Mark try to enter wellness...
Just thought I'd like to hear some of your thoughts about this? Does it feel a bit odd to you too? It is the only thing though I can think of which was a bit too strange for me.

2025.01.22 11:34 Acceptable-Map-3490 when should i get my assignment grades back?
Okay, so I handed in all my assignments for the first semester on 6th-11th of january. and three assignments have been handed back to me prior to the second semester starting, but three assignments still haven't been handed back. and i just find it weird that i wouldn't find out if i'd passed all my modules for the first semester before moving onto the new modules in the second semester.
Is that normal? Or am I supposed to have all my stuff graded before the second semester starts? (i'm studying english lit and the whole course is assessed on coursework--no exams).
Some people have had trouble accessing their grades for some assignments, so I'm wondering if maybe that's the case with the assignments i haven't been graded on (like i can't see my grades but they're there maybe?) or if they genuinely just haven't been marked yet.

I opened a Polybia nest and found several of these yellow and brown striped bugs inside of it. The nest was abandoned from yesterday to today, so there were still a few (no more than 10) adult Polybia in it, as well as some pupae/larvae were still moving inside the honeycombs. Of these yellow and brown striped bugs, that are really numerous, none were moving and I noticed they were loose inside the nest (apart from the ones I do know are Polybia pupae/larvae, that were still in the honeycombs).
What are these yellow and brown striped bugs? Are they immatures of Polybia, or are they captured prey that Polybia use as source of food?

I just had an altercation with my wife last night, it’s absurd, she seems to think everything’s ok. When I talked about the last time we had sex, months ago, and how I felt she was detached and it seemed like just a chore to her and she wasn’t into it, her response was “I don’t even remember the last time we had sex” - I said my point exactly. I don’t know, I slept in my daughter’s room last night because she slept out last night. I’m just so frustrated and lonely and exhausted. I know it’s not all her fault it’s a lot mine too. I also lost my mother and brother within seven months, years ago, but it definitely didn’t help. And I went crazy, had a nervous breakdown and the couple family members I had left abandoned me - and my now 13 yr old daughter hasn’t been the same since. I’m so lost, I’m writing to complete strangers. I’m so lonely. And I’ve tried communicating so many times. I really don’t think she even wants me here but needs me here for the kids and the money. I guess it’s just as much my fault. I want to disappear. If I didn’t have children I definitely would have by now. I sit alone waiting for…something…like giving my daughter rides or money or making dinner by myself for the kids - then I go to bed lonely and sad…I’m so confused.
