 | Hey. I've been using an iphone (iphone 11) for the past 5 years and few days ( 2 days ago) ago i upgraded it to my new s24 ultra. So in terms of battery it's a huge improvement to me. But I'm still concerned that does this battery backup should last more ? Or is normal or should i wait for the phone to optimize the battery ? Will that give me more backup? My friends told it would easily last a day. But I've been using it from around 6 am today to 6:30 pm on a single charge and now im at 35%. I am 3 weeks post-op, partial weight bearing.
Recently, I have been a bit stuck in my progress for knee extension because I feel so much pain along the IT band at the knee and hip, this makes extending or contracting my quads super painful.
Yesterday I did dry needling with my PT to release the tension but it is still painful and I really want to work on getting my extension back.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Any tips to release the tension?

Hi everyone,
As the title says, I have just installed the Steam version of Elden Ring ont Steam Deck Oled and nothing happens when I press the L1, L2, R1, R2 buttons, meaning I cannot really play the game.
I have tried reinstalling the game, changing the controller layout to several community ones, changing the proton version and also manually reassigning the 4 trigger buttons. None of these fixed the problem.
It's difficult to find a similar issue with a solution. Any suggestions that you can recommend?
I appreciate it.
