Hi, I would like to ask if possible bang ma grant ako ng rebate ng PLDT when my case is I availed the 1699 plan for 200 mbps last September 11, 2023, but I complained about a laggy internet connection last week and I found out na all throughout this time is hindi pala namin nakukuha ang 200 mbps na yun?
Their technician called and informed me na within the area where I live (Sta.Ana) hanggang 50 mbps lang daw talaga yung kaya since di pa fully fiber ang connection and he even suggested na magpadowngrade na ako to 1299 na 50 mbps lang talaga. I was shocked knowing that kasi 1699 nga yung binayad ko for a good internet connection but di pala naman nakukuha. The agent na nakausap ko di rin ako ininform about this case and even the installers. The technician said na within my area, alam daw ng nearest PLDT yung cases namin kaya ang downgrade daw is walang fee.
Do you think pwede ako mag ask ng rebate?

When creating Teams, the 365 group created also acts as a distribution list and by default appears in the GAL. This has caused a headache, if I wanted a DL then I would just make a DL.
What's your approach when creating Teams? Do you simply hide them from the GAL?

2025.01.22 13:51 Azzylives Tax Implications on UK property let from Jersey.
Hello fellow beans.
Basically my much fairer half and myself are looking to buy a UK property in cash in the relatively near future and rent it out. The idea being its in a much much much lower cost of living area, we let it out for a few years whilst we live like rodents here and squirrel away as much as we can on Jersey wages. That way when we do move over we have a nice nest egg for peace of mind whilst working on the lower wages.
The idea isn't retirement so much as just taking our foot off the gas and not having to constantly stress.
With the context all out of the way.... Does anyone have personal experience here with renting out UK properties with regards to taxation, paperwork and all that glorious stuff.
Obviously i will be seeking professional advice on this but hearing it from others is good research and no harm. (additionally if anyone can recommend someone for that advice that couldn't hurt).

I am having surgery under general anaesthetic in 2 days and am absolutely petrified, to the point I am nearing cancelling even after waiting nearly 2 years for this day. I have phobias of needles, being put to sleep, hospitals and just about everything medical related.
I am having teeth removed under general anaesthetic as a couple of them are impacted and I’m too scared to stay awake. Although I am still scared to be asleep, mainly due to the IV being put into me (hand) as I have only ever had 1 blood test and it was a terrible experience. I am so worried I will not go through with this surgery and have to go through all the anxiety again and keep letting myself down.
Does anybody have any advice or positive experiences that are similar to this. I only have 2 days to create enough courage to complete this surgery.

Hey. Few days back came across this scam. So I got to NDLS in morning and just after getting off my train, this one person comes to me and says I'll change your trolley bag wheels to better ones. I said him I don't need it, and walked towards my friends. We were talking, then another person who was with initial person came to me asked the same thing. I denied him but he said just take a look and took my bag. I thought it's okay I'll just take a look and deny. But as soon as he took the bag, he broke my bag wheels and I couldn't stop him. I was shocked, that wtf is he doing. After breaking all the wheels, he was showing me 2-3 sets of wheels and they were very pricey (100 to 300 rs per wheel!). I fought with him for sometime and slowly got into a heated argument. Since I was getting late, I just want to get my bag with wheels back so asked him to put the pricier wheels and said I will pay 500 (Which was also very much). So later, I gave him only 300 then was walking away but he saw a 500 note in my purse and he was asking for it. I knew that if I will give it to him, he'll not return the 300. Still, I had a little faith on honesty. But as soon as I took out the 500 note, he grabbed it and runaway. I was in a very bad mood that day. I should not have given him any money and asked for help from someone on station. Please take care everyone, today's world is a place only for scamsters. There's no place for honesty, and if you are not aware or believe on people easily, you may also got into scams like I did.
That day my faith on honesty decreased even more.

Hello this is long story and thinking about done with this job.
I'm a lead position in my team and been working for this company 2yrs and more and im the mort senior in this department pretty much but vp and directors and sm.(a huge company) That means this place have so much turn over a lots of people quits. even if its part time (time works for me as im a mom) Even if get hates constantly or unfair treatment(3 people who i trained got promoted even their at 3mons mark) they never appreciate my work which i gave up since I'm the one doesn't have degree they looking for or not bubbly enough to bosses which is understandable of favoritism at work.
I been trying be friendly as possible and approachable, gives compliments as much I can eventhough im very shy at the end of the day tried to not to show it.
So there is one girl who is new but never introduced herself but first day she saw me at pre shift she decided to "give me advice " how customer service works. When I asked my supervisor about one customer had issue with our event. I was so stunned but I had to tell her that thank you for your input or concerns but I been here longer enough to know that. And she smart talked back "if I take that way" what? She was a such a B. This is truth and I can tell her straight to her face if she wants to meet me outside for it (I have temper for disrespectful behavior I know I need sort this problem myself) Anyway few shifts with her pass by we don't say hi because I don't she doesn't which was fine. And one day the "rat" coworker who is always over reacting and worry so much for every little opinions from anybody all of sudden changed her position and came to my desk where we do the event with customer saying " oh I can't do with fake people (which is the newgirl) so I asked to supervisor move me here)" and I normally don't get into drama and talking smacks but this one is i really freaking hate(why because she would jump on and cuts everybody's conversations with customers and tell the other lead what to do all that bs) So I said why I don't like her because i trusted the rat but I know it's my fault talked to back I should've told her to f off myself lol
nothing personally happened before but when I tried to teach her wrong information she gaves to customer she had red face and talked back to me "well they should've done this way or better do their job" or when i displayed all the products on the counter she always rearrange or put down what i put it up without saying anything or asking. Like I take stuffs out she puts it back. With?she was very rude to my view.(she also throwing stuffs like I ruined her display) If she wanted to change she would've asked and meet the middle with me. I moved on that time when she did few times.
But, yesterday oh boy it wasn't great The girl was "helping" which i didn't need but manager asked her to do to help me stock i knew some conflicts would happen i could feel that since we don't talk each other. But guess what soon as I put my stuffs she moved to down again! Idk what got into me i was annoyed extremely and said " why did you do that?" No yelling and she said "so you can put other stuffs" or something like that but, no she was making me double of work that I already did. And I was like in my head f it i just moved all the stuffs how I wanted to be as I know in the morning shift we have at least 200 products needed. And I know they will be gone in an hour. And she stormed out cursing saying " you stock shit however you want" And keep back and forth moving products and throwing at the counter. So I got snapped and said. "Do you have a problem? ×××?" Her "no I'm just doing my job some for reason you didn't like me first place" (yes true just never said to her) And we brought up to manager because this rat one texted her saying" they are arguing arguing " omg we weren't actually but, So manager brought both of us and ask what happened and the new girl flat out lying as if I did that on purpose and trying to threat her and belittle her (I said one moment "she moving again without asking") And the new girl said to manager that I been talking smacks about her and she also ratted it out who did tell her(but i wouldn't tell manager she also talked back about new girl she being fake she can't stand to work with her that's how we started to talk about)
And manager decided tell me as if I'm in the wrong more. Nope. to me we both same 50/50 wrong my position doesn't make me a worst person when they never gives me credit for it always new workers trying to get on my top of head anyway and they let it happens all the works chatting with managers but I do 3-4 people's work.
I've got discouraged to go to work here anymore. I deeply felt that place isn't for me to grow or get respected. I know I did completely wrong talked smack I probably should've talked to manager she doesn't take well of training when I teach but I knew how would be look like if I do that to me either way I'd be the bad person anyway since I have no trust in this company.
I've sent email for sick leave for today I just don't want to see all drama and faces. I don't even want to go for 2weeks if I quit.
My coworkers who deeply loves me she said don't quit since there is not so much wrong on my side and I said the truth and keep my head up(she doesn't like newgirl too she is at limit too lol she is 64yrs old lady)
I wish I can talk to her outside of work and let it all out but I'm scared of myself id beat her ass I'm freaking serious...
What yall thoughts? Should I quit? Should I stay and if I do what do I need to do? Thank you in advance.

I have had trouble in the past with pudendal neuralgia - basically when the nerves in the pelvis are inflamed and have shooting pains. I have not felt the shooting pains in years, but they are now back two weeks after taking Vraylar once every three days (per doc).
