Mulheres em média recebem menos do que os homens, fazendo as mesmas funções. Porém, o maior problema disso não é a discriminação direta (pode existir também, mas não é o principal.) Elas recebem menos em média, porque também produzem menos (trabalham menos).
Mas isso aqui não é um post que vai contra o feminismo ou direitos das mulheres, pelo contrário. Mas essa análise deve ser feita do jeito certa.
O que acontece é que existe um problema chamado trabalho invisibilizado feminino, ou jornada dupla e tripla de trabalho. O trabalho doméstico não remunerado é atribuído culturamente as mulheres, ou seja, além de trabalharem fora, ainda precisam dedicar tempo e energia para cuidar dos filhos, marido e de uma casa inteira.
Como resultado, é óbvio que a maioria não vai conseguir se dedicar ao trabalho remunerado fora de casa, como homens conseguem. É por isso que elas recebem menos, mesmo trabalhando MAIS (so que em um trabalhado invisibilizado)
Conclusão: o mais importante nessa questão é entender que o os afazeres domésticos deveriam ser divididos entre um casal, principalmente se ambos tem um emprego. É um problema principalmente CULTURAL, e estrutural na sociedade, com uma raíz mais complicada do que uma "simples" discriminação no ambiente de trabalho por misoginia.

Hi there, I'm wondering about other people's experience with Circle as an agency. I've seen some horror stories on Reddit about the lack of quality matches and the waiting time being 2+ years. We are not so worried about timing it takes 1.5 years to match, but we only have about 4 embryos and will likely not go through the embryo making process again. Should we be worried about none of them transferring and the matching process going longer again? Also are the quality of the matches actually that bad? We are not so picky but of course recent criminal activity or an unstable household would not be so great.
I'm also interested in positive experiences and why you think it was easier for you.
