Hi! I am struggling with long covid from the beginning of 2024. I was completely bedridden 2 months ago and had no hope. I felt like my life is destroyed and my health only deteriorates more and more. Severe Pots, temperature dysregulation, dizziness, presyncope, subfebrile temperature, tremor. I vomited every day and couldn’t walk to the toilet. Barely ate. I feel like IVIG literally saved my life. I got 3 rounds one after another: 300ml, 200ml and 200ml for my ~50kg body. Try to go to the good immunologist! Looked like I had EBV and Herpes 6 reaction after covid and definitely had severe immune deficiency. Also have low ferritin and high d-dimmers. So taking medication to fix this also. +vitamins and probiotics. Currently I am also taking some immunotherapy shots. And I am still on ivabradine. But from the bedridden person to person who can walk 3-5km per day I think it is a miracle! Before ivig ivabradine and beta-blockers did not work. Send love🫶🏼

I installed OWB and all the Map mods and noticed that the research now had fully modeled Deathclaws under infantry. Anyone know which nation uses them? I went throught most of them to check the focuses and couldn't find anything.
Also noticed under research rewards that you can get all kinds of different deathclaws including power armor ones, crazy.

What exactly are brahmaviharas(I have general views on this topic, but I'm curious about people's opinions here)? As someone who does not plan to pursue enlightenment and develop restraint, can I pursue brahmaviharas?
You could say that I have developed a daily practice of contemplating what I have done throughout the day in the context of compliance with the brahmaviharas. I have noticed that this practice makes me less nervous about various things and I look for opportunities during the day to act on them.
As for this practice. In short, at the end of the day I ask myself "What was the course of this day and what did I do?", "Were my actions in accordance with the brahmaviharas?", "If I did wrong, why did I do it?". I ask these questions and evaluate my behavior. I praise myself for good behavior or breaking the pattern and I reprimand for negative behavior.
What do you think, is this a valuable practice for someone who simply wants to continue living a normal secular life, but also wants to partially introduce the dhamma into their life?

Hey everyone, I made a game heavily inspired by D&D 3.5 - 5e (all of the classes, monsters, tropes), while being more based on narrative mechanics like Blades in the Dark, Dungeon World, and Fate. It's a bit crunchier than that and I honestly think most would find the classes very interesting, so please take a look!
Grimwild: Free Edition - The full game, with everything you need to play. Grimwild: Paid - It has 1 extra chapter with a bit more content and the Artificer and Psion classes.
But more to the point, there's an entire chapter full of 100 monsters that expand on each of them with plot hooks and bits of fiction (like associated sights, smells, sounds), as well as 15 Story Kits, emergent gameplay scenarios and a way for building those that encourages light prep. Beyond that, there's an entire on-the-fly exploration system you can just bolt right on to whatever game you'd like.
Honestly, if you like the tropes of D&D, I think you'd at the very least enjoy reading through, checking out the classes, and the monsters. And maybe it can serve as a gateway into narrative gaming a bit for those that haven't explored that part of the hobby.
