A recent thread saw a bunch of comments on Lelith's "current" loyalty to the Ynnari. There is none. Let's go ahead and clarify with Mike Brook's most recent look at the character. The excerpts are all from the first few chapters of the book, but there will be unmarked spoilers about what happens later.
Starting with our first passage, we have Lelith's conflict with Yvraine and the Ynnari. It begins as Lelith presses the point that the final Cronesword is confirmed to be locked away, questioning what the Ynnari are even doing:
Lelith bristled. 'I do not surrender, but nor will I persist in folly. You promised freedom from She Who Thirsts-'Yvraine doesn't have a proper answer to this. Lelith continues on the topic of the soulthirst:
'And I have given it to you,' Yvraine interrupted. Lelith smiled crookedly at her.
'You have taken the soulthirst. All you have given me is the promise of a grey nothingness when I do, of time trapped in service to you and your dead god until such time as you die. What happens then, Emissary?' She cocked an eyebrow. 'Can Ynnead protect us from She Who Thirsts if you have died before you have properly awakened him?'
'I came with you because you promised me freedom from our doom, and challenges worthy of my abilities,' Lelith said, placing her hands on her hips and looking Yvraine up and down. 'It seems that you cannot offer me the former, and the latter has proved to be flat and flavourless.' She sighed. 'Daemons do not even truly feel pain, and their anguish is short-lived.'A little later we get a look at Lelith's internal monologue about why she was traveling with them:
Yvraine's face did not visibly move, yet the expression of disapproval was somehow impossible to miss. Had Lelith any of the latent psychic abilities of her non-Commorraghan kin, she could probably have bathed in the Emmissary's disgust.
'I took the soulthirst from you,' was all Yrvraine said, a simple statement of truth, but laden with judgement nonetheless.
'You do not have to be thirsty to enjoy a drink,' Lelith said with a smile.
"Destroying Slaanesh was a cause worthy of her time, and an achievement that would see her name exalted far beyond even her current glory, but Yvraine only knew of one way to achieve it short of the entire aeldari race perishing, and that was to unify the five Crone Swords..."After some clown shenanigans, Lelith leaves to pursue the Harlequin's words, and one of her subordinates questions her judgement:
Kharavyxis opened her mouth again, but Lelith reached out and caressed her hekatrix's jaw with fingernails honed to a scalpel's sharpness, and Kharavyxis' lips pressed together instantly.Lelith returns to Comorragh, more shenanigans ensue, and she doesn't bother returning for the rest of the book.
'Hush,' Lelith crooned. 'Hush, and listen. I know you follow the Ynnari path, but I merely walk beside it. It suits me, for now, to help Yvraine cheat death, but I have not surrendered my purpose to hers.
Another piece of speculation covered in this book that I don't particularly feel like finding excerpts for:
The threat of death or eternal torment isn't something that scares Lelith, nor is it something that would drive her back to the Ynnari/Ynnead. A few times throughout the book, its acknowledged how it actually makes the battles more fun, and how exciting it is/how much it slakes her soulthirst to kill other Drukhari who are scared in their final moments.
Hopefully this clears things up. Lelith is only loyal to herself, and presumably her new girlfriend. Yvraine and the Ynnari aren't even in the running, and the rest of the known galaxy is just a source of a good fight.

I just discovered this genre of horror, analog horror. I remembered what it was. Some poorly photoshoped pictures to freak kids out. The thing is, I tried to enjoy them but I simply can't because they're just not scary. These pictures are all just some big ass eyes and smile creeping at you and provide no context at all. When I first started working out I'd take preworkout and hit my weed pen before exercising. I like how the weed takes the edge off and the preworkout pushes me to be active. I stopped smoking for 6 months then eventually started smoking again when life started getting complicated. For the past 3 months or so I've been smoking every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep and my lungs are staring to feel the impact. Is there a dispensary that sells good edible brand in NYC? I've tried Camino and they're great but I want more quantity. My requirements are that they must have 10mg of THC and also be a 20-pack or more. A 10-pack of 10mg is not as cost-effective as pens are but I think it's time I start worrying about healing my internal organs. Thanks in advance
