I will be investing about $2,500 into a setup for my real estate business come summer and I would be curious to hear some of your thoughts on gear. For reference, I have mics, lights, and tripods as well as some experience with grading/photography itself. I had a 7D2 with 70-200 2.8 and used to do football shoots and senior pictures for my school's social media. Now, I am looking at filming talking head videos and real estate tours, as well as shooting motorsports (boating and racing), and the occasional landscape shots. I'm leaning towards a 1DX2 with 70-200 2.8 and 24-70 2.8, but also considering something like a a7iii and 70-200 2.8 and 16mm 1.4. Drone would be cool, but not a necessity. May just spend what's left over into a DJI Mini 3 or whatever.

2025.01.22 15:43 Traditional_Yard5280 Samsung A32 failed me for too long, what should I use/repair/mod?
I have this crummy Samsung A32 and don't have money for a newer replacement, and I have currently 2 elgible phones that are older but still can serve their use. This Samsung has dropped too many calls and refused to take texts and calls for too long.
The two replacements can be an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s Plus. The 6 has a battery that lasts a decent amount of time but obviously isnt new, 64gb. The 6s Plus is more modern, larger screen, and wont break from being in my back pocket, but has a much worse battery and a SIM lock to sprint that I tried fixing with talking to T-Mobile and the original owner, didnt work but prob could be modded, also 64gb.
Currently my SIM is in my 6 so I can take and make calls and texts. I have an older Macbook Pro and a windows laptop to mod. Which do I chose to mod, how to, and what to do with it? 6 is running iOS 12 and the 6s Plus is running 15.

Hi guys! So my 2.5 yr old ip13 had a swollen battery. I immediately went to an authorized service provider - beyond the box in BGC (Philippines) and was told that after diagnostic, they must send the item still to SG regardless if battery replacement would be enough. This is apple policy and that they can’t do anything but comply. Do any of you know what could be the reason?
It’s just super annoying how this is my nth apple product, and it’s the only one that was destroyed after such a short time. And why is this platform banning from Posting swollen battery in the apple threads?

Buenas gente. Les cuento porque estoy medio perdido con esta situación:
El martes mi vieja estaba cruzando una calle tipo 19hs, con el semáforo en verde para ella. Un Volkswagen Polo gris que dobló medio rápido la tocó y la tiró al piso. Por suerte no fue a mucha velocidad, pero igual se golpeó bastante y quedó asustada.
El chabón que manejaba paró al toque y se bajó re nervioso pidiendo disculpas. Es un argentino que vive en España hace años y está acá de visita usando el auto de la hermana. Intercambiamos datos y todo.
Mi vieja fue al hospital y tiene un esguince en el tobillo, golpes varios y le dieron una semana de reposo. El tema es que necesitamos que se haga cargo de los gastos médicos y los días que no va a poder ir a laburar (es administrativa), pero el tipo ahora no contesta los mensajes y la hermana dice que el seguro del auto no tiene nada que ver porque ella no estaba manejando.
Me enteré que el flaco se vuelve a España el sabado que viene y tengo miedo que se borre. Tengo fotos del momento, los datos del auto y del conductor, y una señora que estaba en el kiosco de la esquina vio todo y me dio su contacto.
¿Qué me conviene hacer? ¿Hago la denuncia ya? ¿Cómo hago para que el seguro responda? Si el tipo se va, ¿cagamos?

1) What IS this plant? PictureThis can’t decide—it has called it various kinds of monstera, but this is as big as the leaves get. Most leaves fenestrate but not all of them. It will grow long and lush.
2) I propagated this bit when it broke from the mother plant. Sadly, I overwatered the mother plant and it died, but she was gorgeous before I killed it. Any tips to get this single cutting back to a full grown plant?
3) I need to look into those brown spots don’t I?
