I know you can help me, I'm looking everywhere for chainrings for four-bolt Campagnolo, specifically the 2015 Record but with 55 teeth, I don't know if they exist, I've seen that the Stone brand has them but only up to 54t, I've also seen that there are original Campagnolo 54t but none compatible with 55t, I also wonder if those chainrings with multiple holes around the center would be compatible with 145BCD Campagnolos. If anyone knows if there are 55t or 56t please let me know

Hello everyone, I know this might be a long shot, but I wanted to ask to reconnect with a friend. I am looking for someone who went by Pink and their town name was Kalos. They also went by Jayda/JayLink on the 3DS Friends list (Though it's been a long time since then). I remember meeting them a while back, but we lost contact since, and I would like to reconnect with them as they were genuinely good person who helped me in many ways. Hello, I am making this post not only to seek advice but to seek opinions or to hear if anyone has dealt with the same. I Have been having constant pain for about 4 and a half years now. When It Started I was 13 and it was just joint/muscle pain so i assumed it was growing pains. Those continued very often until around 17 when It started getting worse, i would have pain and then my leg or arm would go numb with the sensation you get when it falls asleep and the feeling would stay for a few minutes and then dissipate and then return. I also started getting constant headaches around may of 2024. They started around my forehead area but have since migrated to there and then the back of my head and recently i have also noticed my lower left eye twitching often. I am now also noticing bruises on my legs, they are a greenish color and i do not recall doing any activity that would cause them. Along with that i have noticed a few cyst like things in certain places, one between my eyes, one behind my ear and one near the tip of my finger. They Don't hurt or anything but I cant get them to drain or go away. All of these symptoms have led me to believe that i have cancer or something of that sort, I came on here to see if maybe someone can lead me in a different direction? I really don't know what to do anymore and I don't think i can handle this much longer.

 | Basically the title. I’ve had this for 3 or 4 years. I definitely neglected it for awhile but I’ve payed much closer attention the past year! It’s by a drafting window right now. I’ve noticed the recent new leaves are coming out big and pink and beautiful, but some of the older leaves are browning and turning to a crisp fast (like just a couple weeks I’ve noticed more are browning it seems to be creeping up the plant). It also used to have a stake that I took out a year ago so it’s always had that lean. This plant is really special to me so any advice is appreciated! Skin type: Dry? Sensitive?
I'm at such a loss. I've had redness in my skin as long as I can remember. Sometimes it's not as bad, sometimes it's like this. I believe my skin is on the drier and sensitive side - it can feel really itchy sometimes especially on my cheeks and forehead. My T-zone tends to get some oil but nothing crazy - the rest of my face is usually quite dry. Thinking I might have ruined my skin barrier from too much exfoliating possibly?
I'm not sure what my issue is at this point. I exercise daily and always shower, and I drink at least 80oz of water a day. My diet is lower in fats (no more than 60g a day; I track my food). I've stopped wearing makeup (which is making me miserable because I look hideous) to avoid irritating my skin further.
I've reduced my routine down to the following:
AM:
- No cleanser - just rinse with cold/lukewarm water
- CeraVe Hydrating Toner (no alcohol)
- The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid
- La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream
- SPF (currently Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen because anything else pills like CRAZY on my face)
- CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser
- CeraVe Hydrating Toner (no alcohol)
- The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid
- The Ordinary Soothing and Barrier Repair Serum
- La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream
- La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm Vitamin B5 Soothing Therapeutic Cream
