It will be my first wrestlemania and I am very excited. I can only go on Sunday so I bought a ticket in section 414 for $650 but it went up to $890 after fees. I’m trying to justify spending so much on a nosebleed seat, but I felt that I will have a good view of the stage and was worried tickets wouldn’t be much cheaper. What do you guys think , did I make a silly choice ? Are my tickets decent?

Hey everyone, I recently encountered something strange on eToro and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
I was using the CopyTrader feature and had some success copying a trader. I stopped copying them for a bit, but when I decided to start copying them again, I got a message saying I need a minimum $20,000 investment to copy this trader.
This feels pretty nuts, as I didn’t need anything close to that amount when I first copied them. I don’t understand why the requirement suddenly jumped so high. Has anyone else run into this?
Is it because the trader’s popularity increased, or is it tied to their tier in the Popular Investor program? Does eToro adjust the minimum investment dynamically?
I’m curious if there’s any way around this or if I’m just out of luck unless I drop $20K. Would love to hear your thoughts or advice!

2025.01.22 19:04 Current-Ticket-2365 CDK - How to reliably and accurately track estimated GP?
Handful of questions from me today...
I need to figure out how I can reliably track what my estimated GP for the month is going to be.
I've been using the "Gross Profit" function under Report & Analyze, then taking whatever my current figure is, dividing that by the number of days worked, and multiply that by the number of working days.
For instance, today is the 16th working day of the month and there are 23 days. If my GP currently said $50k, I'd divide by 16 to get an average of $3125/day, and then multiply by the 23 working days for a total tracking estimate of $71,875.
My problem is that the "Gross Profit" tab in CDK only reports to the parts side things that are closed and finalized. And, being a Hyundai dealership with a bunch of engines and warranty jobs, we end up with a lot of work in process. I can't quite just look at the WIP and figure it from there because some of these jobs are many months old and not necessarily closing out this month (i.e. backordered engines/EV batteries) and I don't know what's going to close out and what isn't.
I also know that a lot of the warranty and whatnot closes out at the last day of the month, so we pretty regularly look like we're tracking shit numbers and then it jumps right at the end.
I'd love to be able to figure out how to keep track of this better because as it sits right now, I don't really have any idea where we're going to end up month to month. Service (which makes up 93% of our sales) gives me insight into how they're doing in relation to our average, which generally translates to parts (but not always) so I get a vague idea of "am I going to be below, at, or over average?" but not much else.

Hi y‘all, I have enough A-coins to get either a graviton beam or a minigun, likely for my eclipse.
I see some players are able to keep their graviton beam super focused on me while I’m moving. I play on my iPad and iPhone and notice that I can’t aim my Arc Torrent on others as well as some can aim their beams at me.
Is it possible to aim beams as exactly on mobile? Is there a difference at all?

My mother has been going through the ringer with her husband. He’s been on a downward spiral and has been emotionally and mentally abusive. He lost his job and has left the burden of everything on her. She’s begged him to leave but he won’t. I couldn’t take it anymore and hired an Etsy witch to get rid of him. 12 hours later he crashed his car and it’s totaled. I couldn’t believe it when it happened. I kind of feel bad but I’m too busy being freaked out. I can’t decide if it’s a coincidence or not, I never believed in buying a witch from Etsy but it was $12 and I couldn’t take my money crying anymore .

2025.01.22 19:04 hueybutt First steps to a series of small recreational houses/properties?
Hey all! I've been seeing a ton of real-estate videos, as everyone has. But I do have quite a bit of ambition and wherewithal. So I don't think your advice would be wasted on me.
I come from a pretty long line of former realtors, appraisers, etc who kind of left the market in 2008. But they're way out of the game and I need some current advice.
Opportunity - In my market, I think there is a pretty big hole in the market for recreational short-term rentals, cabins, etc. There are a lot of small waterways, hiking areas, state parks, etc that are often visited by locals and part of our massive tourism industry. I enjoy this kind of stuff and have looked for rentals, so it only makes sense.
Property goal - Build 1 recreational properties per year. A frame cabins, modular, that type of deal. Eventually build up a full campground once I get some experience. Goal is within 1 hours drive of where I live for logistics.
Financial goal - I'm open to outright sales or short- term rentals, etc. I think short-term rentals are probably best for this kind of thing. But I'd like to start building a small portfolio.
My skills - Business degree, marketing consultant, 5+ years marketing agency experience. ads, websites, SEO, etc. I don't think I'd have any issues marketing something if I'm outside of traditional channels.
My income - About 100k a year. I own a business with 5 or 6 grand left over each month on a good month.
Willing to work. Learn some skills. Pick up tools. I've done manual work for a long time.
Any advise would he super helpful. I obviously don't want to pump all my savings into bankrolling, so need ideas on lenders., pitfalls, etc.
