I nornally don't answer numbers I don't know, but I've had to make and receive a lot lately and it could be something I need to answer. I answer and say "hello?". Silence. I say "hello?" again and get a hello back and more silence, so I go "who is this?" Paraphrasing here now, "Hi, we understand you wanted to enroll with us." "I'm sorry?" "Was this for you or your family?" "Who is this?" "We saw you were looking online to enroll in health insurance?" "I don't recall this. I have insurance." "Thank you." He hangs up. It was a NY number. Super vague, no mention of who they are or who they're with, acknowledgement of who I am. Suspicious.

hello all!
i’m training for my first ironman and candidly, haven’t cycled in several years (meaningfully, anyway). as i live in snow covered mountains, i would like a smart trainer. if you could, please either direct me to where i can find a primer for smart trainers, or make suggestions on the following:
- all-in-one such as zwift ride, or should i purchase and assemble the right kit for me? the latter seems more practical training so that i’m fully accustomed to my own saddle and feel when race day arrives.
- do i really need wifi?
- i would prefer to ride my own bike (at least i think i would), but with the most realistic indoor ride (climbs and descents), and connect to a screen that would be my notional ride.

We have co-slept/bed shared with my infant since about 4 weeks old. She started off in a bassinet next to my bed but hated it and has always needed to be held to fall asleep and sometimes stay asleep She’ll turn 12 months on Sunday and I am needing for her to start sleeping in her crib. We’ve tried putting her in her crib drowsy but wakes up when she feels us lower her into the crib and starts screaming I’ve tried putting her on it for naps & doesn’t work I’ve tried the pick up put down method I’ve taken the side panel off her crib and set it right next to my side of the bed but she wouldn’t stay for longer than maybe 2 hours at a time I refuse to let her CIO
Any suggestions?
I also need help getting her to stay asleep or putting herself back to sleep when she wakes up & realizes we’re not in bed with her She needs to be rocked to sleep too while we walk around with her
I can’t keep doing this 4 times a day. Any recommendations?

 | I can't dominate midfield with my 3-5-2. I have an excellent stamina strong defender, that doesn't contribute a lot to playmaking. I was thinking about making him man mark their best IM. My hypothesis is that although my defence rating would go down, this might help me dominate midfield. Would this be a good strategy? Hi,
So I'm just so confused if anyone can clarify. I have been desperate for a clean of my teeth as I have hormone issues and plaque is not good for me. I was private before but now a student so I can get nhs support. Dentist saw my teeth and said if u want to clean, book with a hygienist...why? I used to get them cleaned all the time in my check ups. I've been waiting for so long for this and I'm not getting any help with my teeth. I do have plaque build up as I have a wire in my teeth. And it is a significant amount. So I read it is on the nhs if I do need it. And if it is not bad, I would have to get a hygienist...but they are bad. Hygienist appointment is not cheap for a student... how can I pay for that every 3 months? (I have a recommendation of every 3 months as I have gum sensitivity to plaque) Every dentist does this now, like what is their job at this point? Blow air on my teeth and say random numbers... ? I'm so confused. I don't want to offend anyone but I'm seriously upset, 200 every 3 months is ridiculous, and a whole hour to clean like 4 teeth...? My wisdom teeth would literally bleed so bad cause of my hormones, I wake up with my whole mouth red and full of blood I can barely see my teeth. They are desperate for care.

in my gaming pc I have right now a 512gb ssd, a 320 gb hdd and a 700gb hdd. I also have a 1tb ssd and 2 500gb hdds spare. what I want to do is change my main ssd to the 1tb one, and put a 500 gb ssd for games and a 500gb hdd for other storage (other hdd for like a NAS or something in that regard). but how should I do this, I am fine with reinstalling windows completely and wiping everything, but I do want to have windows on the main ssd, so how do I do this because on my current main ssd there is already windows 11 and I don’t want to spend money on a key.
