 | TL;DR Water issues with sloped driveway. Crew messed up. No grading. Proposing installing Ardex layer to create grade and finish work. Pictures in post. Backstory: Hired a **reputable, licensed & insured structural crew** to address issues in our sloped driveway. House on hill. Project is weird, agreed to do a cost-effective moderate replacement of driveway bridge. Main Issue: Sloped driveway towards house pushes rain downhill into garage, no proper drainage. Proposed solution: "Saw cut, demolition and disposal of front apron area Install new sub drains Removal and replacement of all rotted wood Install proper Bitumen liner with side flashing Install forms and #4 rebar at 16" o.c. with new swale drain routed to side yard. " Outcome: General work solid but many issues. Concrete finish seemed unusually rough, we expressed concern. Apron / Bridge was agreed to be graded away from house and move water towards swale. New pad is level and the water still pools towards garage. WITHOUT asking, crew member goes to Home Depot, buys a bag of concrete and starts smearing it on top of the day-old pour “to smooth it out." We saw what he was doing and requested they stop the work, which they did. It now looks horrible. They are now proposing to fix it with Ardex that will create a small slope away from garage, to properly directly water towards swale. BURNING QUESTION 1: Is smearing more concrete on top of a day-old pour a viable solution for inadequate smoothness? BURNING QUESTION 2: Is grinding down the smeared concrete and then properly installing an ARDEX overlay to create the missing downgrade away from driveway really a viable solution? We are aware you guys will probably say “tear out, re-do!” But we need more information on why - or re-assurance that Ardex is truly a reasonable solution here. Contractor swears it’s a good solution and was going to have “his best guy" come in a few days to install the Ardex. We are reading that the fresh concrete should cure 28 days first… Re: Ardex We are in a moderate climate. No freeze-thaw cycles, only some very hot days in September. Our main issue is water. Day 1 of demo showing existing driveway to be replaced and graded. Removed Apron/Bridge, wood replacement in progress Showing original concrete in garage vs. new concrete on driveway Crew prepping for “bandaid work” The bandaid! I sold her a can of Coors light. I told her the price it said on the register and she said something like "but it's not supposed to be that much, the tax isn't that high."
She still inserted her card and took the receipt, other than her staring at me for a few seconds after I figured it was all good and we were done. The I noticed she was using a calculator in the corner, she came up to me, showed me the calculator and said that it doesn't make sense for the sales price to be that high.
I'm not sure why, but for some reason I guess I kinda snapped and just started being sarcastic, so I just replied to her by saying "ok, well I don't exactly control the taxes"
She left, clearly angry and that was pretty much it. I low-key feel guilty for being so sarcastic but at the same time, I kinda feel like she got angry for no reason.

How are the seats numbered, does seat 1 start on left had side of the row as you look from the floor? (This is what I inferred form what I could find on-line).
I have to sell 2 tickets and I'm trying to figure out which ones to sell. Not sure the the 360 aspect changes any of this?
