I’ve seen so ,any people with their ev value indicator changing as they change their aperture, shutter speed and iso to guide them to the perfectly exposed shot and I couldn’t figure out how to turn on that feature on my new Sony a7iv so I need to know how as I only use manual mode and I always want the best result for all of my photos .

I’ve been experiencing chronic daily nausea for almost a year now. It varies in severity from being somewhat manageable to fully unbearable. I’ve been prescribed anti-nausea medication which helps somewhat and spend most of my day sucking on strong mints which also helps somewhat. I had an endoscopy which showed I have GERD and gastritis, so take omeprazole for that. But there are days this is utterly awful! I also have emetephobia which doesn’t help matters as this obviously increases my anxiety. I do have anxiety and know there is a strong connection between anxiety and the stomach but the nausea can happen at random times even when not nauseous. This started when I was taking fluoxetine and came off of it due to the nausea, but the nausea persisted. I feel helpless and a bit scared that this is my life now. I want to live my life and enjoy it and not be incapacitated by feeling so sick.

I don’t really know what flair to put this under or if this is even the place to talk about this. This is an American centric post but everyone else is welcome to interact.
I’m autistic and I have OCD as well as rejection sensitivity issues.
In another sub I was talking about being a minority and harm reduction by voting. Now I’m being called genocidal and fascist because I said to vote blue.
I want Palestine to be free. I want to end American Imperialism. But I’m not voting red and I’m not going to throw away the power of my vote either by not voting or voting as anything else but the two parties in power.
Anyway, I’m just spiraling because now I can’t stop thinking about how I’m being labeled as a genocidal fascist. Life is really hard right now. I need to get so much medical stuff done before I lose access to it and my body is a political pawn and not my own. I’m not doing well and this just feels like the cherry on top to prove that I really shouldn’t exist. I just want to survive the next 4 years and beyond. Am I being selfish? I just want to do the right thing.
