Hi everyone!! I need some help, I am struggling to find a manufacturer to produce what i want to make, I’m wanting to do “pearl snaps” or long sleeve button down rodeo shirts. So not necessarily streetwear but i’m a dead end and i need help. Where is the best place to look for a manufacturer like this? I have tried google search’s and it just keeps popping up brands trying to sell their shirts, i’m having no luck finding a good manufacturer in the US.

2025.01.22 19:45 majicpickel Can I/Should I start over? (advice)
 | As you can see the main stem droops and loops back up to the stake I have in the pot. This particular plant was much bushier in the past but over time became what you see here. I am wondering if and how to do a hard restart on it. The leaves behind the stake as you can see are thick and healthy resting up against the wall. Ayer en una clase de conversación estaba hablando sobre un deporte que a mí me gusta mucho: escalar en un rocódromo. Estaba diciendo que por aquí básicamente existen dos tipos de gimnasios así: los que no utilizan protecciones extra (como una cuerda) y solamente tienen una colchoneta para amortiguarte el caído, y los que tienen rutas mucho más altas, en los que sí que es necesario utilizar una cuerda para protegerte.
Sin embargo, por algún motivo la palabra “cuerda” no fue la que me vino a la cabeza cuando estaba contando la historía, sino la palabra “ropa”, porque se parece a la palabra en inglés: “rope”. Entonces lo que le dije fue que había dos tipos de rocódromos: los donde tienes que utilizar ropa y los sin ropa.
Nada más pronunciar las palabras me di cuenta de mi error y solté una carcajada, pero sí que fue un momento vergonzoso. Afortunadamente, los momentos en los que pasamos mucha vergüenza suelen ser los momentos de los que más aprendemos.

I started investing in December and it’s been a journey to say the least. Only a month or so in and I have a thousand questions, and I wondered if hearing my opinions as a complete noob has any insight or a different view than someone who has been in it for years. Comments, critiques, advice — I’ll take it all to better my position. So here are things I’ve learned and things I’d like to hear more about:
- Holding is the way to go it seems, and know when to cut your losses. But also know when a company has room to grow and don’t sell based off one days growth or decline
- It seems there’s two ways to make money here. Hold hold hold, or sell when it’s up and buy when it’s low. Slowly increasing your gains one transaction at a time is quick money sure, but is it smarter to hang onto your investment and sell after 5 years or longer? Would you be missing out on any money? Again, I’m very new at this and have no business or economics training other than a class in college
- The more money you invest, the greater the ROI is? Obviously you stand a greater risk as well, so I’ve realized re-investing on a schedule is safer than pumping all your money in at one price

So I booked a day tour on GetYourGuide. I stupidly quick booked it, and my partner isn't able to join so I went to cancel and it's non refundable.
My own fault I should have read the terms and conditions but after I sent a message within the GetYourGuide app. I received a WhatsApp message from India called Global Virtual Support!? It looks really shady for a tour that was booked for Las Vegas? Any advice?
Would this likely be a scam somehow?

2025.01.22 19:45 Plus-Worldliness-24 House Purchase- seller does not have building regulation paperwork for previous work undertaken around 15 years ago.
Currently in the process of purchasing a house, survey highlighted a few alterations that have been made to the house and advised to request building reg approval certificates from seller for the following work
Removal of Load Bearing Wall
En suite bathroom installation
The seller has informed us that he does not have any of these certificates as the work predated his ownership (was done with previous owner) which I do believe as you can see on historic zoopla listings. Likely these works were completed at least 15 years ago, should i be concerned about this with the work being so long ago?
Its unlikely seller will seek regularisation and not sure if the Local Authority will give this with work being so long ago. Aware of indemnity insurance as a solution however I do plan on doing work to the house which may require other building regs thus voiding the indemnity insurance when they come to inspect. Main reason of concern is in the future if we do sell the house I am wary of this cropping up again with a potential future buyer.
