I have pretty specific things I want and I’ve been working out on and off for years never finding the right thing. These are my specific things: - I am 18, 5’4, 96lb and 26in waist - I want to have a small waist as in I want it to curve in a lot like ) ( , but can never get past 25in. I know genetics play a role but I don’t think my rib cage is big, I need help shrinking the part below them - I want bigger glutes in general but I care more abt shape, I want to make my hips bigger so it helps my waist look smaller - I want a specific week long plan I can repeat, I really like pilates bc I want to tone my body as well but I feel like the popular ones on YouTube don’t match my body type - for eating I know I need a lot of protein but it’s hard to keep up with it every day, if anyone has easy meal suggestions that give me the nutrients I need that would be amazing
At the moment I’m looking for YouTube recommendations but if someone knows a gym routine to help me that would also be great I just don’t have much time to go to the gym. I’ve been looking for years for the right thing atp I just need someone with my body type to tell me a specific routine 🙏

Just finished my assessments!
So after about 6 months i just finished my ADOS and ADI-R test.
I felt like the ADI-R test was really difficult, i struggled to think on the spot and remember things about myself. I was really confused because my mum seemed to be describing situations and things about me that i just don’t remember being different, at that age my mum was raising my 2 younger siblings, so i often would be alone playing and doing stuff, and i asked her after the exam how well she remembers and if she was getting me mixed up with my siblings, she said she genuinely could not remember much and struggled to answer the questions, she thinks she might have gotten me mixed up with my siblings. I think she definitely did at parts, i understand as it was almost 20 years ago and my siblings are similar ages, so it must be hard to remember, especially because i was really reserved and quiet.
Part of me feels like this has skewed the accuracy of this whole thing. The examiner did say it seems there are signs but they are very very subtle, and i seemed relatively normal at that age so she has to talk to my ADOS examiner and look at those results to form a conclusion.
I feel like it could have gone way better, i wish i remembered more during it and not after, does anybody know if this is a common situation with ADI-R tests? And how does it affect the outcome? I just want clarity on whether i am autistic and not, and this ADI-R felt inaccurate.

A week ago I received ban for verbal abuse , after 7 days I've been unbanned automatically but just after a day I received another ban for 1 month . So I sent a ticket to support and I've found out Ive been banned for same game again ... Basically the guy again reported me after I was unbanned for sam match lobby .... And faceit banned me without even opening lobbies to see if it's same lobby that they banned me for 7 days for and now support is not even reading messages just sending sample messages to me No one is going to help me and after this one month ban same guy will send ticket for same match and make me ban for 1 year Can someone please help me ?
