Guy I need some help with Eclipse on Orca.so I was having some USDC on my eth chain in trust wallet. I wanted to covert into Sol without paying high eth fee. I cbecked few of the dex websites. Connected my Trust wallet and backpack wallet to convert into wrapped eth. Then I used eclipse to covert into sol. But at that point I didn't knew that eclipse converted my eth in hyperlane 2022 sol. Now this sol is in my phantom wallet and only visible on eclipse website connecting my phantom wallet. Is there any way I can convert into original sol or any other token without paying much fee that I can move token from eclipse.

I’ve owned a S1 111S since 1999, and although I love it, it just doesn’t have the power I’m looking for. I did consider a K20 conversion, but it’s 100% original, and I think it would be a shame to hack it about.
Considering an upgrade to either an Exige S or an Ultima RS. Exige S feels a bit ‘gadgety’ to me, while the Ultima is more raw like my current Elise. No ABS, traction control etc. Wondered whether anyone that might have driven either and an Elise can offer an opinion.
My driving is mainly British B roads, but I plan to do some Nürburgring trips over the next few years.

I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience because right now it feels like SO many things could be wrong with my feet, but podiatrists just keep telling me it's plantar fasciitis, but I know that's not it. I've had plantar fasciitis before and with stretching and orthotics it went away. This feels different.
A little background - I used to work as a barista so I'd be standing on my feet for 8 hours a day. One day I started to feel really intense pain where I'd go home and cry after a shift because it hurt so bad. I went to a podiatrist and he said I sprained my ankle (MRI confirmed) and that my feet were compensating for the instability. He put a placeholder in my ankle to stabilize it and also did a fascia release. That was 4 months ago.
Fast forward now I'm in physical therapy which seems to be helping a little, but I still have immense pain if I stand for more than 30 minutes.
Here's where and why I feel it:

1. If I stand for too long, the middle of my feet (area in between ball of foot and heel) feel sharp pains, like the plantar is being overstretched.
   
2. If I wear my custom orthotics, it feels like I'm walking on bruises (on my inner arches). They are also extremely sensitive to the touch. My PT said it might be a nerve thing.
   
3. Pads RIGHT at the base of my toes hurt. The last two months or so my second toe constantly feels like it needs to be cracked, but whenever I try, the base of the toe hurts A LOT if I bend it that way. Now as of two days ago, that whole toe is swollen, but nothing happened to it.
   
4. Ball of foot gets worn out so fast, and feels extra sensitive to impact.
   
5. There are a lot of other little things that hurt, but these are the main ones.

Heyy little story time tonight :))
Just like the title said that’s exactly what happened.
My at the time boyfriend wasn’t the right fit for me to put it kindly. I was struggling with my mental health last year my mom kicked me out of the house and sent me to my aunts house. I didn’t tell him because I was embarrassed I did tell him however that I’m at my aunts because it’s not going very well between my mom and I. I didn’t want to go into detail because I just didn’t want to bother him with it. Plus I felt like he just wouldn’t understand the situation. My friend at the time invited us to her birthday party so that everyone could meet him! And obviously I really liked that idea :) he however was a little hesitant but agreed. we were around 3 months together at the time. So not very long (the relationship lasted 4,5 months) so before I went to my aunts house like a week I think or two maybe even more I informed him about the party. So that he could keep that date free and not plan anything else, like he told me he could go and that he checked and his schedule was free. So yeah back to me being at my aunts. he knows I’m not doing well and he tries to be all slick and first ask me how I’m doing and my dumbass lied to him because I didn’t want him to worry and he said to me that he can’t come that saturday because he has to attend an old friends birthday. what the fuck. his friends called him and begged him to come being like hey you didn’t forget so and so’s birthday right. he was like omg yeah no totally not. like what?? he told me that he didn’t know what to do so he asked his mom for advice and his mom advised him to go to his friends party. mind you he shit talked that friend. he wasn’t remotely close to that friend at that point. i mean in the past yes, because he told me so. but he talked shit abt him?!! and then i was like bro how could you I broke down and told him that i’m not feeling okay and that i need him to be there on saturday and he was like well but i can’t i feel reallly baddddd like really bad and like i really want to be with you like truly but i just can’t, like he only invited his closest friends and he has this really big hall that he rented and he kept on trying to goodmouth himself. anyways the saturday has arrived and I was still very discontent with his decision. he told me that he was sick and that he wasn’t gonna stay long at the party and i obviously didn’t believe him. at some point we got into an argument and he was like if you feel that bad i’ll come over but it will be just the two of us laying in bed we’re not going out we’re not doing anything we’re not going to yours friends birthday party. I was like sir. I am going just because you don’t have your plans and shit in order doesn’t mean I’m gonna skip my friends who so badly wanted to meet you. oh and so he went to that party btw. he told me how for the half of the party he was sitting in a dudes car that he actually really despised inreality he was just probably really jealous of him because he had a nice car idk that boy was so insecure. oh and he never once mentioned talking to the guy that had his bday so yeah he just went to see his bestfriend and didn’t give a fuck abt me at all. lol a month or even less later i broke up with him. genuinely one of the most selfish, egotistical, dreadful man i’ve ever met.

I bought a Kadet Pro without blades and I’m leaning towards Hapstone but that is proving a minefield in itself. Nevertheless, what I am trying to get is:
A set of stones that require low maintenance - I am really confused by the lapping materials etc. I’m looking at CBN Start stones, CBN Premium Diamond and Premium CBN. Obviously vastly different in process and I guess quality
Which out of these stones would best suit the newbie?
Moving on to finishing and polishing, which stones (ceramic?) would you recommend.
Finally stropping and this vast array of compounds - all of which I have no idea of their uses.
I’d really appreciate a clear explanation of what I need for kitchen knives, penknives, and hunting knives.
