They keep calling me about fraudulent charges on my Solvay Visa Card. I don't have one and they'd like me to read the number of the debit card I do have. Obviously I don't and just waste as much of their time as possible. I usually start with reading off the expiration dates to items in my fridge and have also put them on hold for as long as possible with obnoxious hold music.
When I searched the googles for this I didn't come up with anyone having a similar problem so hopefully this posts finds someone who is going through the same thing and this reassures them that a bank will never ask for your card numbers.
Also, the number they're calling from seems to belong to the real bank so I imagine they're duping it.

The site barely gets linked regardless, it could have been banned already and we'd not notice. It's important to keep anti-fascist sentiment alive, though.

Which tires should I buy? I want to replace the stock tires on the Triban RC500. Need bigger tires for comfort, probably 700x32C. Best i could find were Continental Grand Sport Race 700x32C kevlar, is that a good choice? I want to ride in the rain as well, but don't want to spend like 60+ for GP5000. Also will use TPU tubes.

The problem is that I didn't download it, and now I can't find it, even though I've been browsing Nexus for hours.. It contained a bunch of military vehicles, buildable guns, etc.

Long story short: I have been diagnosed with graves since 2021 have been on and off medication. Since 2023 I have been very constant with my medication, but still haven’t reached remission. I collected many doctors opinions and most of them say the same: it’s time for definite therapy such as TT or RAI. However, I am still uncertain. On the one hand, these years were a real constant battle and I was at my worst. Recently, as I got laid off from work (2 months ago) I started getting mentally better since a huge stress factor is gone. My labs don’t indicate any remission I am still maintaining 10 mg daily t3 and t4 kind of okay but TSH not detectable and antibodies very high. What bothers me is that I believe graves made me uglier. Is that possible? My hair got so thin and falls constantly. My eyes are puffy and I overall have this sick look, not to mention the weight gain due to the medication and the struggle of losing…. So I am really considering to get rid of graves… not only because of the looks but because I am afraid that once I get back to work I might feel the same anxiety, panic, brain fog.. what do you think?

Hi there!
I've been crocheting for decades, but I've wanted to learn to knit for even longer. I have nerve damage in my fingers/hands so my dexterity is pretty poor and I struggle to hold and use 2 needles.
I absolutely love Fair Isle, so when I saw that Lion Brand had yarn that mimics that gorgeous color work, I had to purchase some. Problem is, when crocheting with the yarn (and also yarns like Premier Bloom) the pattern and color work never come out nice, so I've decided I'm going to finally learn to knit!
I've managed to learn the basics, but my question is, how do you know how many stitches to cast on when using a patterned yarn like the Lion Brand one? Also, does it need to be worked in stockinette or any particular stitch?
I'd love to make a beanie, but my stitches aren't neat enough yet, so I'm thinking just a scarf since I'm still learning. Thanks so much for the help 🫶🏼

I haven’t drank in a week. I was super excited to see the scale finally go below a number I couldn’t get it to go down to since I had a baby a year and a half ago. I shared with a friend but didn’t get the excitement I needed which I was bummed about :/ I shared with my mom and she was super excited and congratulatory which helped. Then I thought to share it here because this is such a beautiful, uplifting group. I know a week isn’t much but it’s a lot for me. To see the scale finally tip below that specific number was also such a great moment for me today. 🙏🏼😊

2025.01.23 00:10 Dadoftheyear2018 I'm looking to make a pixel graphics game and not sure where to begin my journey. Could I have some tips and advice?
I have a few RPG makers on steam and Aseprite which I've heard really good things about! For now it's going to be a bit of a hobby which I want to seriously dive into and hopefully one day I may be able to make a game (even though I know the chance of success is low). Ideally I'd like to use free software or something that isnt going to break the bank.
I have been keeping an eye out recently for software bundles with game assets and pixel sprites for example as normally some websites have offers on 3d assets like unity or gameguru. I don't want to go down the 3d route just yet and preferably I want to design my own sprites, images and backdrop. Lastly I don't have any coding knowledge so that's something hopefully I can avoid. I suppose there will be success stories out there of people who have made games with little knowledge and self taught. With time I hope I could be like that (got to have some belief in myself).

I'm a FTB and offer accepted weeks ago. Just got the environmental searches from solicitor that there's a moderate risk of flooding from reservoirs and groundwater but a very low risk of flooding from surface water and rivers and sea. We really like the house but is this a serious concern of buying this house? Thanks in advance.
