Open an overwatch case and review it. If you get an obvious griefer, the next match will quickly pop up and block everything before you can submit judgement. The overwatch case will also be lost forever, allowing a criminal to walk free.
Unfortunately this does not work if the case has someone who is not guilty, so you have a 50/50 rate of success.
I've had 20+ minute queue times where this trick works flawlessly.

Hi everyone, this is actually my first post ever on reddit. I don't fly very often, and usually when I do, they are 2 to 4 hour flights; however, this does not tranquilize my fear of flying, in particular my fear of turbulence. In my short flying experience (I have only gone on like 5 or 6 flights in my whole life), I only remember a couple of bad experiences with turbulence, one of them was my last flight, from Hermosillo, México to León, México, on this flight we experienced some turbulence on the takeoff, and suffice to say, I did not enjoy it. I have a feeling my fear of turbulence comes from the plane moving down or side to side, because when it goes up, I barely feel a thing, and don't even notice it, by the way, when the flight goes smoothly my fear or flying does not kick in, it kicks in only when the plane moves abruptly. On that last flight, I read a reddit post that calmed me down quite a bit, helping me understand the reason of turbulence and why I should not worry about it

That being said, my fear is constantly growing the moment I come closer to flying again. To give you some context on this flight, I will be flying from Ciudad de México to Madrid, it is a 10hr25min flight on a 787-9 Dreamliner from AeroMexico, quite a difference to the planes I have flown in, usually I fly on quite economic companies like Volaris or VivaAerobus and on quite smaller planes, I believe they are A319 models. I do not know if the size of the plane impacts on the turbulence or the feeling of it. I would love to get some feedback from you guys on that. Also, the flight I will be taking to Madrid has a screen, in which I hope I can have a back view of the plane because I feel that will calm me down, seeing that the turbulence is not really moving the plane that much. Any tips or recommendations to calm me down, maybe even some experiences of people that have flown over the Atlantic Ocean, should I be expecting turbulence? Also I believe my fear comes from a lot of lack of understanding of how a plane works and how I should be extremely calmed about flying and not at all worried about turbulence, any comment helps. In advance thanks so much for reading the post!!!
P.D. The recent plane crashes in Korea and Azerbaijan did not help whatsoever.

Every time I’ve driven up from Portland I’ve had a blower pow day at Crystal. 7 days running over the last few years. I love your resort, mostly because I’ve been ripping down the steep shit in the deepest snow. But also because of the wonderful varied terrain, the stoke in the parking lot, and the conversations on the lift and gondola. Crystal rocks.
And I’m here to tell you that the snow will be falling next weekend because I planned I trip many months ago. No other reason. Keep doing your snow dances people, the wait will soon be over. (Hopefully for Mt. Hood too)

I know there's a lot of excitement over Josh McDaniels, the new DC, Vrabel, the 4th overall AND what looks like a very easy schedule next year.
Just a reminder that this team is still absolutely dog shit. They have two or three high-quality starters on defense. They need just about every position on offense except for QB. Hunter Henry is getting up there, David Andrews may retire, and Christian Barmore may never play again! That's three quality guys right there. Maye had a *decent* first year and shows a lot of promise, but we don't know how he'll do in clutch situations when a playoff spot is on the line or in the playoffs. Christian Gonzalez is elite but may be injury-prone. Keion White shows flashes but he needs pass-rushing help opposite him to take the double team away so he can get after the QB
Coaches can only do so much. Mayo was right (lol), once the players cross the white line it's up to them. This team has shown time and time again that they can't draft, they can't develop players, they can't attract high-quality free agents. Hopefully, the new coaching staff and front office hires can help with this, but only so much you can do in one offseason.
All that said, there are a lot of young players on this team, hopefully, some of them can develop (holding out for Polk and Layden Robinson looks like he might be a starting guard in the league). They have a decent shot at a blue chip player (Graham Mason, Abdul Carter, Travis Hunter) and have the cash to make an offer on a blue chip free agent.
If this team went 8-9 next year, that'd have to be considered a rousing success. Every bad team feels like this is the offseason they turn it around...only to go 6-11 the following season.
I am cautiously optimistic that with the changes at the top of the org and in the coaching staff that won't happen. The schedule they have is quite easy which should help too.
And for those folks who think the playoffs are a possibility - remember with the Bills winning the division you need a wild card spot - can they beat out Denver, LA, Houston, Miami, Pittsburgh, Indy, and/or Cincinnati? All of those teams finished with better records than the Pats this year and they will likely be somewhat competitive next season too - not to mention the division winners I am leaving off (Baltimore, Kansas City) who would almost certainly have wild card slots if they failed to win their divisions. Things happen. Good teams get bad and vise versa, but not something we can count on happening.
2026 is more likely the year of the turnaround, should they have a solid offseason this year and a solid offseason after 2025. Just food for thought...

Hi! I'm a windows user but my mum has always used macs. I recently pulled out an old imac (2012- 2013, she cant remember) of hers that Apple told her "had a dead graphics card". At the time it was doing strange stuff like putting coloured lines/bars through files and stuff. Strangely enough I could still play minecraft with it. Then one day it just went black. A friend pulled out the hard drive and ram (we had backed up the files onto an external hdd) and wiped the hard drive. Today I stuck the stick of 4 gb ddr3 memory back in and a blank 60gb ssd. It booted up to a white screen with a picture of a folder with a question mark on.
I want to put MacOS back on it. How do I do that? if someone could recommend any tutorials that would be great. Ultimately I would like to upgrade the cpu to the best it's socket can handle, double the ram and put a 512gb ssd in it so my sister can use it for her business
