Yes Xilonen is stronger support but Zhongli isn't that far behind. So answer me this Abobas, Tas and Glorps why do people downplay Zhongli?

i got this piercing a little under a month ago. it was healing fine until this bump showed up. i tried warm compresses with saline, switched from using qtips to using gauze, and it just kept getting bigger. went back to my piercer this afternoon and he ended up taking the stud out, cleaning it, popping the bump, and then putting the jewelry back in. he said my mucous membrane was really swollen and was going over the piercing which was causing the bump, and he could see a line inside my nose from where the post was sitting within all the swelling. told me to leave it alone and that it should heal fine, but if anything else comes up he’ll change out the jewelry to see if that helps.
i know it’s usually not advised to pop irritation bumps. has anyone else had their piercer remove a bump for them? photos are from before and after the bump was removed (i had gauze in my nose from cleaning it up lol)

I currently work at colleges doing stand-up comedy & education sessions in: diverse learning (ADHD mainly & Autism and Dyslexia and ect), sleep health and LGBTQ topics.
Recently, I was told by my agent that a booker said their school won't book anyone who is LGBTQ because they can now with Anti D.E.I. laws (I know its still not legal but people are emboldened so it is happening). I lost bookings because I was not closeted & use the word "diverse learning". However, in Seattle area I feel I gained a booking because of being out as LGBTQ and empowering diverse learners.
I had a school in Florida I really connected with say they would book me at 3 locations but they needed to figure out how to word it to make it legal and not lose their jobs.
My question is how do I market myself clearly for diverse learning and LGBTQ education to schools open to it and imply it to schools open to it without saying it fully so they don't lose their jobs.
I don't want to just avoid red states because so many queer students in red states were so happy I was there & need our support right now. If anyone has any ideas for language on this I appreciate it and I think students will too! Thank you!

Working on designing a putter for myself (unoriginal I know) and I keep getting stuck on the center of gravity. The center of gravity is the point of the putter where the mass is equal in all directions. When adding a plumbers neck it seems impossible to have the center of gravity be placed where the sight line would be. Curious if this even matters or if anyone has any pointers about the relationship between sight line and center of gravity. Thanks.

 | This is just informational post. I just received HyperOS 2.0 update on my Xiaomi 13T (XIG04) Japanese version, my current region is set to Japan only. I encountered a problem while updating, there was some error on restart so I just found an workaround for, you have enable Auto System Restart in developers options. After that I could restart for update.
