One of my receivers is gone, opted the fuck out, leaving me one man short every fucking play whenever I try to pass. If you look at the picture above my wide out is gonna try to run a fade and a cross at the same time but I know DAMN WELL that the cross route was meant for the wide out that opted out and HE'S supposed to do the cross route. I change it up and I do a 3 wide receiver 2 running back personal play to see if he's back but NOPE he gets replaced by the tight end and the tight end tries to act like a RECEIVER. Whenever I want him to pass block, he runs out and lines up with the wide outs and still has the ability to pass block but still chooses to run routes. Wtf is going on?

ASA ps5. This is my first time breeding so I’m just paranoid that I’m doing wrong.
I’m breeding wolves, so first I bred all my top stat wild wolves until I got the “perfect” wolf (level 241) with the best stats from each. Then got enough clones to have some females surrounding a male. Bred these wolves until I got a mutated melee male (lvl 243). Then I replaced the original male with the mutated one and kept going.
But I haven’t seen a level 145 wolf yet and it’s been quite a while so I’m wondering if I’m doing it wrong or something. I’ve probably gone through 40-50 babies and no 145 yet!
I realize it’s likely just RNG being RNG but some reassurance would be nice. I’ve been making wolves have sex in a video game for like 6 hours straight so it better not be for nothing!

I (35f) started a new job recently. The pay is decent and I love the work but I hate the job because it's a poor culture fit. I knew it from day 1 (I came home from my first day sobbing) but I've been pushing through the past month in hopes it would get better as I got more settled into my job duties. It hasn't.
Here are my biggest problems with the new company: -Rigid attandance system. 3 strikes and you're fired, no excuses. -Only 11 days PTO per year, 5 scheduled holidays, and I'm not allowed to use any of it until April -No sick leave - Unsponsored health insurance that does not take effect until april, and only 2% 401k match -Nonchalant attitude from management about serious IT security concerns -Strict dresscode policy for entire company, but management breaks it on the daily while scolding employees for the same infractions. Hipocrasy abounds -Management has been caught in bold faced lies but brushes it off -Unpaid maternity leave
The last point is the worst one for me. My boyfriend and I have plans to get married and start trying for a baby within the year. Unpaid maternity leave plus rigid attendance stucture makes me fear for my job stability and health while trying to concieve.
And this is for an accounts-payable-adjacent office job, not retail. For my sanity I know I have to leave. Being in constant fear of catching a cold or getting a flat tire for the potential of getting fired is already affecting my health.
Pros of the old job: -Job stability (state job) -low cost healthcare and good retirement options -Amazing team -3 months paid maternity leave -3 weeks of paid holidays plus minimum 8 hours PTO accrual per month and 8 hours of additional sick leave per month
Cons of the old job: -Low pay. 16k lower than the new job. -I had exhuasted my options for growth. There will be very little chance of promotion. This is the main reason I left in the first place.
My manager told me the door is open if I ever want to come back.
For the sake of starting a family do I take the low-paying, stagnant, but stable route and ask for my old job back (if they'll even have me), or for the sake of my career do I just quit and hope the extra time and mental clarity allows me to upskill and focus on the job search even though it could be a very long time before I find anything, given the current job market?

I live in Maine. Apparently, my license was suspended in Mass. 23 years ago for too many speeding tickets. I found this out 12 years ago when renewing my Maine license. They told me I could still get it. I’m just nervous if it’s a different process with the Real ID and won’t let it slide. I tried removing the suspension but it’s quite the process to remove in Mass.!!!’
