I’m participating in this years transformation challenge and tbh just going to the gym three times a week is my goal…
I had my baby 3 months ago, and I’m trying to work out if it’s better to focus on gaining muscle or losing fat. I’m worried that it’s not healthy when you’re breastfeeding to drop weight so quickly as it might effect my milk supple (sorry TMI I know)
Would love other thoughts if you have any experience of this. Thanks so much!

 | Hi! So quick backstory: My dog had a little swelling on this same eye months ago (different area) and we went to the vet, had eye drops, it went away after about a week on its own. He recently has had the same eye flare back up being a little red but there’s 3 red veins that stand out on the bottom of the eye. I wanted to give it time like the last issue hoping it was just allergies (they could never figure out what caused his eye issue last time), but I’ve just picked him up from a short weekend boarding and noticed he’s developed this cloudy area and redness. Could it be something in it or stress? He doesn’t paw at the eye or blink excessively. He goes on normal like it’s unnoticeable to him completely but it looks a little concerning. 2025.01.23 04:00 winkles_ how should i learn scales as an "experienced" guitar player
i wanna start this out by saying im self proclaimed "experienced" i dont want to get humbled in the comments or anything. Ive been playing guitar for about three to four years now, and ive learned a really good amount of stuff. I can play any song with chords, a majority of "simple solos" and pick up pace/tempo really quick with stuff. however im in a band and i lead it, so i write the music and its feeling dull without good solos. somehow in all my time playing guitar i never learned solid scales, so everything i do for the most part is by ear or tab. i want to be able to solo off of tiny chords or just know what to hammer onto to create a nice flourish at the end of a bar. since forever ive just been freestyling, which means a pretty big chunk of whiffs when playing songs and trying to solo. the guitarist for car seat headrest(ethan ives) is a really big inspiration style wise and i wanna be able to confidently navigate the fretboard like that. i really want to be able to add more to my music and playing style overall, so if you all have any advice please let me know. thank you:)
