I started my journey with semaglutide and actually gained weight. I switched to tirzepatide and have seen the scale creep sloooooowly down. I’ve had absolutely no side effects. I’m currently on 10mg and thinking of going up to 12.5 so I can start seeing real weight loss rather than bouncing around the same 5 pounds. I’m calorie counting and weight training 3 times a week.
