2025.01.23 05:10 StevieDicks1980 Not sure where to go for more LS, curious about other builds
Hi, I play POE pretty casually - I generally make it to mid 90s each league, but don't ever progress or make enough money to kill ubers etc. My pob for my current ls slayer is below. I've read this skill/build is one of the best of this current league set, though I haven't tried Ubers. I can take out EldeShapeRitual King/Eater pretty easily. I know that I can likely improve on this build, but I'm not entirely sure where as the upgrades I look for don't seem to be available. I am assuming due to lower player base and a very long league. I have 20 raw devines in my stash and my current gear might be worth 50-70 divines? Really am not sure without pricing each piece individualy.
I would like to challenge ubers as I have not ever done so - this is pretty much the first build I've played that got me this far, but I'd be interested in other builds that could take me further, or advice on where/how to invest this current build to challenge the ubers.

Hi guys, I'm new to posting on reddit and this might be a long story so bear with me. Charlotte I love your videos. I have them playing through my buds all day every day while I'm at work😂.
I'm getting married September 2025 and I need to know if I'm becoming a bridezilla, or if my friends and family just suck.
So.... I (F43) and my partner (m43) live in Australia. My FH proposed while we were sitting on the couch looking stunning in our pjs in nov 2023. I have 2 sisters ( one older, one younger) livinb in new zealand with my parents, and a brother ( oldest sibling)who lives an hour away from me in Australia. My partner and I announced our engagement during a family holiday at my parents house in December 2023 in front of my sisters and their partners, and all the minions ( kids) that were there. The silence was deafening and very telling. The only response was my father asking why my partner didn't ask for his permission first. Now we're not the typical family ( asking the old man's permission has never been a thing EVER). So when my father said that my mother told him to stop being stupid, and that was the end of the announcement. The only congrats I got was from my niece who was raised with my little sister and I so we actually think of her as another sister. My family has not bothered to ask about the wedding since. When I mention it they blow me off, when I asked them all if they're coming my sisters just replied "I don't know" and my parents have said the same. My mother apparently needs a flight clearance from her doctor because she was in the hospital with pneumonia, and my dad fell off a ladder last month and still can't walk properly now. They're pushing 70 so I totally understand that side. I have my brother in standby to walk me down the aisle just in case my parents can't fly and he seems to be the only one in my family who cares, but the rest of them couldn't be less enthusiastic if they tried.
Moving on.... I started planning the wedding half way through 2023 and told my family the date etc. I also asked my best friend to be maid of honour ( she is an extremely butch lesbian with dreads down to her butt, who lives in another state) and i absolutely love her to death. My best friend happily accepted and wanted to know what I wanted her to do to help and all I really needed her to do was plan the hens night, and get to the wedding. She will be wearing a suit because I don't want her to be uncomfortable in a dress and I stupidly thought her and her partner would arrive before the hens night (which is a week before the wedding) and stay the week so we could get her suit organised.. Today I found out i was wrong.
Her partner messaged me today to ask about the rehearsal which the celebrant wants to do a week before. I told her my bestie didn't need to be there, and I could just tell her what she needs to do on the day ( because they're interstate and I'm thinking about her getting time off work etc). She proceeded to tell me that they were planning to be in Phuket the week before, would fly to us the day of the hens and then fly out the day after that for a week in Vietnam and that they wouldn't be back until the night before the wedding. I don't know if it's just the stress of planning it all on my own and the fact my family couldn't give 2 shits about it but when I saw that message I broke down in tears. I'm a bit of a people pleaser and shut down when there's confrontation but all I want to do at this point is tell them all to fk off and if they don't want to be there just let me know so we can elope in the Maldives or something.
So am I justified in being upset at all this or am I becoming a bridezilla.
Sidenote: we are paying for everything for the bridal party. Clothes, hair, makeup, shoes bucks and hens, gifts etc, and we have accommodation for everyone who needs it so all anyone who is out of state needs to do is pay for their flights. And my partner has said if my parents can't afford it we will pay for their flights.
Sorry if some things are unclear or jumbled. I'm just a bit emotional at the moment
