I've been dealing with dysbiosis since Long Covid and have been experiencing burning in my lower intestines and chest pain, along with gas and a bit of GERD. I thought to finally clear up I would take OO after seeing it on YT as a safer and effective treatment alternative to antibiotics.
For 21 days I took 1 pill of Oregano oil after food in the morning except for a few days when I was fasting. I thought that I surely had some form of overgrowth and that the OO would wipe out all the bad bacteria while leaving the good.
The burning increased and the GERD got worse and now I'm at a point where I feel like when I initially was infected and my LC started. Anxiety, depression, insomnia, total lack of any drive or motivation, tinnitus, DPDR, fever feeling.
So the oregano oil likely wiped out all my bacteria good and bad along with irritating my stomach lining. Hopefully I can get back to the same or better baseline quickly by taking probiotics/probiotics and consuming plenty of fermented foods.

We have a teacher here na I think because of this person na keeps acing the spelling portion sa reading and writing, parang naging favorite na nila sila, i feel very bad about myself kasi it's unfair? Like I feel like di ko acknowledged kaayo when I speak, whilst ang mga friends niya din (naa sila tanan sa likod) maacknoledged and like mavibes with ma'am. Plus friends sad ang favorite ni president ng room so yeah.
Yet, I feel like it's still too early to assume na meron siyang favorite, kasi kaka-2nd sem palang. But seriously, I feel excluded kasi in their class because unlike others din, I'd like to interact sad along.
Is it not fine to feel like this? I'm an academic achiever man gud pero dili alam yan ng class kay hindi man nag-grade reveal nung first quarter. Please enlighten me what to do and criticize me politely, I'd love to hear and improve from this :33

And then there’s the gut punch of getting my period month after month, no matter how much hope I had leading up to it. And the obscene amounts of intercourse—on schedules dictated by apps and ovulation trackers—until it became mechanical and routine, stripping away the intimacy it used to have.
But now, here we are. Somehow, after everything, we’ve made it to this moment. And honestly, I don’t know what to feel. I’m overwhelmed, terrified, excited, hopeful, and completely wrung out. This little embryo represents years of relentless effort and heartbreak. It’s everything we’ve been fighting for, and the thought of it not working is paralyzing. Hi all, I've been drawing digitally and traditionally for years as a hobbyist, till now, I have been making do with a VEIKK pen tablet, recently a friend of mine who had purchased a Kamvas Pro 16 has decided to part away with it since she really never used it, so it was just purchased, tested and stored again "to be used any day", so it's pretty much pristine
Anyhow, I can take it off her hands, for what would cost me to purchase a new one + shipping, with the advantage of paying at my own leisure, the thing is, I'm pretty much frugal, and I'm not sure I'm convinced with spending that money, or just save to purchase something better for the same amount of money (about 380 USD) which for what I have seen there is not much competition for 16" or more, what would you guys recommend?

I have a Tennant who continues to smoke like a freight train in his room. The smoke comes through the walls, ceiling cracks and door. It's unbearable and stinks so awful. I have asked him to stop but he continues to do it. How can I best handle this? I like him as a person but his smoking is affecting me and my dog. And not in a good way. It clings to the carpet, fresh new paint. I feel like it's completely disrespectful to me and my dog.

Grinding sound while printing? Ender 3v2 Upgraded my Ender 3v2. Creality Spider 3 hotend. Direct drive extruder. Duel Z axis. Insulated bed. CR touch.
When I print a benchy, it prints fine and doesn’t grind at all. I also got 5015 fans so I am trying to print a shroud for those, and after the first layer, the next couple layers start to grind and make the print look like this.
I updated the firmware to the 2024 version of MRISCOC.
Kinda lost at what to do now. Bed is leveled, auto mesh performed and z has been lowered to the paper test.
What am I forgetting to do?

i’m sorry if this is all over the place, i’m just not sure where i’m at and i’m worried that i’m bothering the people around me.
i was raped this past saturday at about 3am. after it happened, i tried calling people who i felt like i could talk to about it but it was 3am so nobody picked up for a long time. eventually i got a hold of one of my friends who told me that i should call the cops or at least get a rape kit done. i did both and had a relatively positive experience (given the circumstances). luckily after i called the cops, i called my mom who was able to drive me there and be there for me.
the next morning, when i saw that my girlfriend had woken up, i called her and she came right back home. she was sweet, we talked about it, she helped clean my room to make it so i could exist in the space without getting triggered, and then we just hung out for the rest of the day.
i had quite a few panic attacks on sunday and monday, with only one on tuesday, but i still jump every time i hear the front door open. i went to walgreens alone on monday to pick up some medication and had a panic attack because there was a man who was as tall as the perpetrator and had to sit in my car for 5 minutes after before i was alright to drive. i worry that i’m annoying my girlfriend by telling her that i’m not ready to be in a crowd full of people, or hang out with a group where there are men. i mention things that i’m thinking about regarding the incident in passing but my girlfriend seems disinterested. i worry that i’ve been holding onto this for too long and that it’s time for me to just return to my normal life.
is it standard to return to normal life a few days after it happens? i feel like most people are expected to do so literally within 24 hours of it happening because of work, so i feel like a baby for not being able to be in public four days after the fact.
