2025.01.23 05:48 damselindark HELP- LLC creation for PayPal (Do's/ Don'ts)
Hey Everyone! I am freelancer and you can check by my comment history that I provide editing services for which I require a swift payment procedure a.k.a PayPal, which is easier for clients, as it is most used.
The issue here is that it's banned in my country and the only way I can get it is by setting up an LLC and linking bank etc (still have to figure out how the flow works), but I was advised to go with LLC.
I would like to setup LLC, as a sole owne employee and for amount no greater than $1000 per month.
In context of above, which state's LLC (Delaware/ Wyoming) should I go with and which company (I have researched and found ) would be able to cover the virtual address/ number and bank for me so that I can easily setup the PayPal on my name.
Any input /help or guidance would be appreciated!

I have a Samsung A55 (dreadful I know). Iāve had it for years. I have a memory card in it, however I have been editing photos and had moved a bunch to the phone storage.
My phone was just run over yesterday :(
The screen isnāt working. Iām unsure if I can press anything on the screen. Phone is charging and I can call it. Getting notifications, I can connect it to my laptop, with the phone link. However after the latest update I need to allow some permissions or settings for it to connect.
Can anyone suggest what I could do, or if you think they could be salvaged. We have been travelling the past year and all our family travel photos from around Australia are on there :(

I just find these videos talking about a crazy Hyoverse fan attacking other gacha communities. Now most of the comments point toward the Genshin Impact community, but since this also impacts Hyoverse as a whole, I fear it will also affect Star Rail as well. I have been enjoying 3.0 so far and I really love the story and Amphoreus. I can definitely understand the storytelling situation, but imo the issue can still be fixed, and hasn't really affected the plot much. Now with the whole Hyoverse drama like this, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I just really wanted to enjoy my fav game to full tbh, so I'm hoping some of you ( especially if you are a Chinese player ) could give some insights into this

Zur Info: Ich bin AuslƤnder und lebe seit 1,5 Jahren in Deutschland. Es wƤre mein erster Autokauf, und ich mƶchte den VerkƤufer nicht respektlos behandeln, aber mein Budget ist etwas niedriger.
