2025.01.23 05:47 Little-Firefighter27 Going into OR without known causes?
My sister, 35 Female had her baby a couple days ago. She was induced because of the high amount of fluid. She had a pretty good delivery except that she broke her tailbone and then had to have a D & C at the hospital to remove the rest of the placenta. She has been home for two days and she went into the ER tonight with fever, chills and shortness of breath. Her hemoglobin levels were taken and she is at a 5.9. She had some tests done and all we know is she doesn’t have sepsis and the last update we have is that she is headed back to OR but they don’t know what it is for. What could this be? I’m sorry that the medical information I have provided is extremely limited.
Any advice or explanations are so appreciated. Thank you!

2025.01.23 05:47 Last-Psychology-7442 14 years with Uveitis, now blind in one eye and need surgery on the other
I was diagnosed with Uveitis in both eyes 14 years ago. After many attempts to resolve it, the combination of cellcept and Humira have resulted in no flares in 3 years. But then last year they discovered that one of my eyes had a macular hole. After three surgeries it was determined to be unfixable.
I have cataracts in both eyes and my left pupil is fully scarred in place. I have a laser surgery years ago to add a hole for pressure to escape.
Two weeks ago I had acute optical hypertension in my “good” eye. My pressure measured at 36 and the pain was insane.
I am now being told I need surgery in my better eye in which they will open the pupil back up and remove the cataract. The only problem is I don’t have a back up eye of it doesn’t work or there is a complication.
Anyone else ever had this combination of issues?

2025.01.23 05:47 shooting_star_s Is it possible to apply for 2 single entry e-visa Vietnam in advance?
Hello,
I have a question for all vietnam travelers. Currently being in Thailand I have applied for first single entry e-visa for 13/02 - 13/05 (90 days) which was approved. After that I will be in Japan until 05/06 and planning to stay another 90 days in Vietnam.
Is it possible to apply already for the 2nd time (05/06 - 03/09) or do I have to wait until I'm in Japan and apply from there. I'm particularly asking because in the current application you have to mention times you have been in Vietnam in the last 12 months. For the 2nd e-visa this would be 13/02-13/05 but currently this is in the future. So not sure whether I would sink 25 USD when I apply now.

Recently broke up. I’m a wreck. It’s been now 3 weeks and it was a serious relationship with a lot of back and forth for a few years. The person was my best friend. I have never opened up myself so much to one person then I have with this person. I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this person and it just didn’t work. Our futures didn’t really align even tho I was willing to change my future plans for them. I felt as tho I was gotten rid of because of things they didn’t want to talk about and because I wanted to push more to find out what’s wrong I was pushed out. There’s no chance of getting back together (I asked and it’s not in their current plan as they reflect). I was out at a happy hour and saw they stopped sharing their location as they were at a place I didn’t recognize. I was so sure this was the end I had met the person that was end game but now I’m trying pick up from square one. I was anti dating for a long time and gave this a chance because I was in love. I just don’t know what to do and I’ve gone thru break ups but this one has just wrecked me to my core that I am distraught. I tell myself over and over I am worth more and I deserve so much but the toxic thoughts just keep bringing me back to a place of I did something wrong and this is my fault and I’m not meant for a happy ending. How do I recover from this and live with losing a best friend and the deepest love I have ever felt… they told me they wanted to take care of me for a long time and they loved me and I meant everything but now I’m living in this mind set that it was all a lie and I meant nothing and it was nothing when it was something but now I’m just so lost I don’t know where to step.

but id like to start a betta sorority in a 40 gallon tank. I’ve done quite a lot of research but wanted to ask for some general advice before I get excited. I was thinking of getting a set of 5 females from PNW bettas since her sorority mystery boxes have fish that have already lived together, but I’m worried that only five in a 40 gallon, regardless of it being heavily planted will lead to aggression because it’s not enough fish. So I thought of getting some julii corydoras l (maybe like 6) to accompany them. I was also thinking about getting tetras but I’ve seen people say that the they stressed their girls out. what do you think? Should I add more bettas and leave it at that or add other types of fish too?
