I have been listening to subliminals for two years now with only minor results. I would constantly change and adjust my playlists and flit from one subliminal to another. I read a post recently with encouraging results from someone who consistently stuck to their playlist for six months (or something like that) and got major results.
So I decided, well I ain’t got nothing to lose let’s just commit to this shiitaki. So I’ve been sticking to one playlist for the last three months… AND LO AND BEHOLD…. I have successfully manifested a 10 day trip to Korea. I’m leaving in two days.
This is bazonkers because there were so many things preventing it. My partner wasn’t really interested and extremely hesitant to travel overseas. We didn’t have enough money. I had a million things I wanted to manifest and couldn’t really stick down my desires. I still completely doubt myself and my ability to manifest things and whether subliminals actually work.
And it all just unfolded, my partner is super excited to go and has planned out all the details of the trip (which I don’t enjoy, so that’s amazing). In fact he ended up being the one to convince me that it would all be possible. Somehow we have enough money??? And it’s now very clear to me that this is a big dream of mine (clarity of desires).
Anyway I be yapping, but it’s just exciting to finally be able to share a meaningful result.

 | Trigger warning :suicide. My dad used to abuse me back in early 2023, and his mental illness tore down his marriage with my mother, ever since i ended up helping him quit alcohol the feeling of sadness in his house never went away. I had a whole mental breakdown that made him feel bad too and i feel guilty because I’m making him feel guilty too, my parents are divorced and my moms house feels so warm and happy but my dads is dead cold like a destroyed home after a hurricane, He said it could be a form of PTSD, Im not really sure if i want advice or to get this off my chest, Im not sure about much anymore. I still have a resentment to my dad but i also feel horrible for it because he was bipolar and his parents didn’t let him get mental help even when he put a shotgun in his mouth and almost pulled the trigger. He even confessed to his mom about that , and it wasn’t until almost 30 years later did he actually finally get help but he already was doing drugs and weed, and now i still feel on edge around him. I just want to feel whole with him again. And when i go to therapy i do it with my dad in the room just so he can hear everything but i don’t want to say my true feelings so he doesn’t get hurt, he had no idea he was abusing me until i cracked, the alcohol made him forget everything so all he has is guilt with no memory of what he did besides an outline. It feels so messed up and i just want things to be simple, Im too young to be this depressed, I should be worrying about girls or Fortnite but instead i have the burden of needing to wrestle all of my feelings with my dad without hurting him, i want him to be happy too. And the worst part is , i rarely feel happy for longer than 30 seconds at time, but if i said that, he’d never forgive himself, it would make him feel like he just murdered his own son with his bear hands. I just want to be able to fix this and make it better before he ever sees it, and i cant even tell my mom because she blames herself for not seeing the signs and blaming all of my anger on me being a brat. But one really good thing is my dad is medicated and not suicidal or depressive anymore. But he goes through bouts of selfishness and guilt. I feel so much happier with my mom but my dad’s a human too. I want to focus on myself and feel better but when i do i feel like a selfish asshole who doesn’t deserve even one good parent. My dad would call me selfish or a spoiled brat for no reason when he was drunk so id work even harder to make myself not like that to make him happy, but it ended up destroying myself in the process, and i can’t change anymore, i still only find joy from making others laugh. I completely understand the need for rule 6, but I have seen two posts deleted forwinrate is canon. Surely something that occurs at the very beginning of the intervallo that is taken largely out of context as just a funny thing that doesn't really spoil anything. One of them was even spoiler tagged. At least for me, funny and inconsequential lines don't really fall under the spirit of rule 6, even if it did take place during the new intervallo. Still love you tho mods, it just feels a bit too aggressive.

I have two pairs of good year welted boots, I love them. One I paid full price for and bought new, the other must have been a factory second because I found it on eBay for like $250 off retail(and I did make sure they were genuine when I got them). That got me thinking what tips and tricks some of you may have for getting a good deal on solid boots and shoes.
I specifically am looking for a pair of shoes like Thursdays premier high tops because I want a light durable pair of leather shoes. I would love a pair of GYW shoes but looking at old posts I have learned that its not really practice to GYW a small sneaker as the GY stitch and the rapid stitch necessitate a larger shoe. But I can get a factory second premier high top for about $100 but I don't know enough about the construction of those to feel super confident in them.
How you do go about looking for a good deal on a pair of shoes or boots? What about other ways to get deals most people don't know about?

 | I have a squire telecaster that I replaced the pickups with Fender Tex-mex pickups and I noticed a continual static issue when I plugged it into the amp that disappeared when I touched the control plates and the strings. I resoldered all the connections and still had the same issue so I replaced the control switch and both pots and used new wires but I am still having the still static issue that disappears dims when I touch the control plate. I recently sold a mug. It was delivered and the same day Mercari sent a message that the buyer requested a refund for it. Then they promptly gave the buyers money back, without my permission and took it out of my account money. No info was given as to why the reason for the refund and no information was given to me about if I will get my mug back or not. Sounds fishy to me. Thoughts?
