I'm on holiday in the US from Australia, was driving from Vegas to Reno today.
About an hour past Area 51 (which I didn't realise we'd be near today lmao) I saw an oblong white object traveling at a high altitude. It moved across the sky at a high speed and then disappeared.
I got my wife to screenshot maps where we were when I saw it. It was here -

Unfortunately I didn't get footage of the object itself because I was driving and my wife couldn't find it in the sky despite my attempt to verbally point out where it was.
I first spotted it because I was looking at the remnants of an old jet trail, it traveled the whole length of the jet trail (which was quite long) in about 20 seconds, then disappeared.
I'm an aviation geek and on this same drive I saw commercial jetliners, fighter jets and small planes - but this thing was completely different. Firstly I just know what planes look like and how they move, this was way faster, left no trail and was somewhat spherical - plus it just literally disappeared, it was there one second then gone the next.
I'll admit, I've always wanted to see a UFO/UAP and have been following the tic-tac news, but I'm not super into it and tbh think 99% of it is bs and peddled by grifters. This wasn't a super interesting or earth shattering sighting, but I saw what I saw and it was exactly what thousands of others have described.

Wir sind jetzt seit 1,5 Jahren befreundet. In der Zeit haben wir sehr viel zusammen gemacht. Wir haben einander aufgemuntert, wenn wir traurig waren und haben einander durch schwere Phasen begleitet. Ich habe diesen Mann in mein Herz geschlossen und ich glaube er mich auch. Dementsprechend war ich überrascht als er mich um Freiraum gebeten hat. Ich habe ihm gesagt das er sich den nehmen kann, wenn er ihn braucht und ihm gesagt das ich da bin, wenn er reden möchte und sowas. Keine Ahnung ob das die richtige Entscheidung war weil er mir nun ziemlich fehlt. Gleichzeitig wäre es auch schlecht gewesen wenn ich ihm gesagt hätte er soll bleiben denke ich. Ich vermisse nur einfach seine Witze und die Art wie er redet, seine Stimme und sein Lächeln. Ich will ihn aber nicht einsperren oder so also versuche ich ihm seinen Freiraum zu geben selbst wenn ich gern Zeit mit ihm verbringen würde.

i dont know what to do anymore honestly. im so fucking depressed that i cant leave my bed. im terrified of the world outside my walls (and the chances of things going wrong once i leave) which i know is ridiculous but i cant help it anymore. any attempt to fix my mess of a social and personal life is met with an overwhelming sense of doom and i cant see a future anymore. im suspended academically and am a failure of a daughter, when all ive ever wanted to do is learn and spread the things i pick up. i feel so stupid for thinking i was meant for something like college. i dont know if im crying for help or shouting into the void, but im not confident in what i can even do next i guess this is a last ditch effort for help. how do i get out of this depressive slump and stop poisoning my own and my friends lives? im so tired

J’ai besoin de conseils 🚨🚨. Lors de la session dernière, j’ai suivi un cours de méthodologie en criminologie avec Étienne Garant. Entre la session d’automne et d’hiver (pendant les vacances d’hiver), j’ai patiemment attendu la note du rapport final (notez bien que j’avais environ 93-94 de moyenne). Bref, un jour, je me connecte sur Studium et boum, le cours a disparu et il n’y a aucune note ni rien (évidemment, le cours a disparu). Je vais voir dans le Centre étudiant et je constate que la lettre de notre note est disponible. C’est une note assez basse… je ne m’y attendais pas. J’ai écrit au professeur pour savoir si je pouvais exercer mon droit de consulter ma copie, connaître ma moyenne dans le cours, etc., mais il ne m’a jamais répondu. J’ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre pourquoi il ne veut pas répondre à mes e-mails, surtout que pour moi les notes sont extrêmement importantes puisque je prévois changer de programme pour un bac +++ contingenté.
Mon hypothèse serait qu’il aurait jugé que la moyenne de la classe était trop élevée (actuellement dans les A-) et qu’il aurait modifié les barèmes : par exemple, ceux qui ont eu A- auraient eu B+, ceux qui ont eu B+ auraient eu B, etc. Est-ce que cette hypothèse est plausible ? Peut-être que c’est juste mon travail final qui s’est mal passé et que j’étais à côté de la plaque mais… que faire si je veux en avoir le cœur net et exercer mon droit de consulter mon travail final ? Qui devrais-je contacter…
