Hi, just come to think about when the outlander gets old and if the battery get broken can i run it as a normal gas car? 2020 model does it have a gas mode only?
Cant wait to finally get the gas cost down when buying an Outlander :)
Battery probabley last long but when the car gets old its just a question that i come to think of since a battery is very expensive cost when the car is getting really old.

Keeping it short and simple, does anyone know if its possible to evolve trade exclusive Pokémon on Fire Red without trading on the Homebrewed new 2DS XL? I used the super skater hacks to install every Pokémon game with the effort to finish each pokedex and used the mGBA emulator. The rom itself is a .gba file. There's a post talking about this exact problem from 10 years ago but the links don't work anymore. Was hoping someone is aware of some software that makes it possible to change the leveling conditions. Thanks

Has anyone else noticed that Google spent all this time forcing Apple to use RCS because Apple had a "monopoly" so to speak with imessage. Yet now that Apple has adopted RCS, Google has begun to monopolize it, not allowing 3rd party messaging apps to support RCS. Essentially forcing Samsung/other Android uses to explicitly use Google messages if they want to continue using RCS, because as of now Samsung is bringing Samsung messages to an end, now telling users to use Google messages before the app loses support. The worst part is, Google messages SUCKS in my opinion, no customization and missing many features I had on Samsung messages such as categories. I have a Samsung for the ability to customize my phone how I want, now because of Google I'll be losing that ability on my texting app when I'm inevitably forced to use their sh#t app for secure messaging.

Hey friends, I know that's a weird title but I still look back on this attempted prank with wonder because of how things played out. Idk if this will make it on the podcast but I thought I would share a wholesome story to help w the boys' mental health. A palate cleanser if you will 🤌
I also don't know where else to put this but this is about me (32f), my sister (34f), and my niece (10f, who was 4-5 at the time)
So many moons ago, when I t'was but a wee middle schooler, I thought it would be hilarious to prank my best friend, my lovely sister. Up until a year or two before we were sharing a room. I missed us goofing off when we were supposed to be asleep and decided to endugle in some shenanigans.
She had her bed pushed into a corner against the wall on the side of the bed and headboard. She had a lot, like, a lot of pillows and a fluffy comforter along said wall. Then, on the other side, she had a nightstand and a desk directly beside the bed, against the same wall as her headboard. So the bed was to her left when she sat at the desk.
LIGHTBULB 💡
I knew my self-imposed mission: get my scrawny ass between the wall and the mattress, camouflage in the fluff, and await my prey....
So a smidge of background: we LOVE horror movies. One of our favorites is The Grudge with Sarah Michelle Gellar. I dunno if this a favorite scene or if we were just traumatized by it or a fun combination of the two: the shower scene with the fingers coming out of the back of her head while she washes her hair 😱 I still think about that when I wash my hair and I know she does too, love that for us.
Back to the ambush: I was supposed to go to bed already, but my older sister got to stay up later. They thought I already went to bed 😈 mwahaha! All I needed was patience.... unfortunately, that's big ask.
I had no idea how long it'd been but eventually she entered her room, my unsuspecting victim. She sat at her desk, so she could journal or some shit, the nerd lol. Honestly, I have no clue what she was doing but it was taking forever.
I started to suspect this was not going to happen as planned: laying in wait to either a) stroke her face when she closed her eyes if she was facing her demise or b) twiddle my fingers in her hair should she be so naive to turn her back on her personal Boogeyman. Genius, in my middle school opinion.
Alas, I am holding my position what feels like eons to the point I can't take it any longer. I pop up with gusto, shoving the fluffy pillows and blankets off and glare, lower body still between the wall and bed.
She's still bent over doing who knows what. Completely and totally ignoring me. Rude. Disrespectful. The nerve....
I then realized: she totally knew I was there. This evil genius was messing with me. Diabolical.
I was so miffed and shocked I had been foiled I just sat there.
After she failed to acknowledge me, I say with the utmost sarcasm, "really?!"
She. 👏 Fell. 👏 Off. 👏 Her. 👏 Chair.👏
Boom! Hit the ground with a screech!
How? How did she not know I was there after I rose from the covers like the Kool aid man?
We literally could not stop laughing and trying to figure out what happened. Like I said though, she's a nerd and was so focused on whatever she was doing at her desk she was oblivious to my attempted prank and subsequent surrender.
Now fast forward not quite to modern day. My sister and I are both adults, married, she has offspring and I do not. Love being an auntie though 💚
My niece was the first born in her generation and she was first to make me Auntie Poo 😭 I remember teaching her to head bang when she was about 2 and she walked while doing it right into a wall - she was fine. She bounced back, literally, shook it off, and continued to bop around.
I don't remember why we told her about it, but her mom and I told her about my failed yet successful prank. I think she was around 4-5?
I mean, mission accomplished: I scared the shit outta her. 🤷
This kid was supposed to be in bed, asleep. Maybe 10-15 minutes after they thought she was asleep she "sneaky-sneaks" (her words) into her parents room.
Now since she's married, my sister has the headboard against a wall and nightstands on either side between the bed and wall. She no longer has mountains of fluffy objects nor a bed positioned for ambush. No space under the bed either since it sits low.
The child was not deterred.
My sister went upstairs to get something out of her bedroom, which is a short distance from my niece's room.
SHE POUNCED!!!
My niece jumped up and out from behind the far side of the bed with her hands like little claws and a scrunched face! She 'rawrs' at my sister who screamed and clutched her pearls so hard I'm sure she bruised 🤣
The maniacal giggle, I can hear it now🤌 She did what I could not. All without promoting from me mind you!
So that is how I intentionally tried to prank my sister, unintentionally succeeded, and unintentionally paid it forward for a truly successful, intentional prank by my niece.
Lol sorry that last lil paragraph was just to mess with whoever reads this if it makes it to the podcast 💚

I (nb19) feel like I'm not good enough/not right for her, (18f) she lives in the uk and me in the usa. This is her first ever relationship, this is my 3rd and my 2nd serious long term relationship. I feel like i do everything to help her and make her feel happy and I do shes told me that. But sometimes she'll have a breakdown and wish she was in a normal relationship with someone close to her and she says she can't do it. She has mental issues and so do i. She's recently developed mental issues or they just recently got intense and have delt with them for about 6ish years now. I know how she feels so I can comfort her super well. But she says she wishes it was normal and not fair and how she wishes she was in a normal relationship. I keep telling her I'm planning to visit her near the end of this year because I obviously have to save up some money but she says it's not good enough. I just don't know what to do. Because yes I would love to move in her, she's like the perfect girl for me, but i can't just commit to moving to Europe. (We both agreed if we do move in together we can't live in the usa bc this place is shitty :/) I've suggested Canada but she says no. She's very against the idea to move to Canada. She also wants to be close to her family and I'm fine with that bc I already don't have the best relationship with my family so I'm not hurt by leaving them. Ik this post is kinda all over the place but idk what to do really. :(
