Has anyone had a good experience buying a flat in London? I keep hearing nonstop horror stories about service charges going up or being unable to sell the flat, etc. It would be nice to hear something positive.

Hi redditors, I need advice because I am very indecisive person and I like to have several points of view and learn from experience from others.
I (27F) am with my bf (22M) for 4 months and things are going great but fast as well. For his age he is very mature and treats me better than anyone ever did. He is very ambitious and left from our home town to Switzerland for good salary. He is trying to live the luxurious life full of materialistic stuff, meanwhile I am very minimalistic even though I am coming from above average rich family. The materialistic lifestyle seems very weird and useless but I will not even try to explain it to someone younger than me haha.
We see each other every two weeks and I don’t mind long distance as I like to be alone and I have busy routine. However he mentioned to me that he would like that we move in together after summer 2025. He means that I move to Zurich. He said he would not be able to do long distance for more than a year what seems right but at the same time, it means he would not manage to stay with me somehow?
The thing is, I do not speak german and I never visualized myself living in Switzerland with the goal of making the most money possible. It seems like good idea but in the same time I always wanted to be by the sea, move to Spain or south of France. I already lived in Italy so I can adapt to quite everything but I cannot imagine me in german speaking place somehow lol. He said he would be okay if we went to Geneva (I speak french) but I think that would be hard for him.
Is it good choice to move in to build stronger relationship with him or should I tell him I want to make my dreams come true first? I really do not know if I should move for a boy and to the place I do not even know anything about. In the same time I really don’t want to lose him because he is my best friend and very good person. I am probably just scared but I would like to know some overall opinion. Thank you!

Dear Reddit, I daily a 2017 Honda Jazz V CVT. I bought it used 18 months ago and have driven it 35,850km since. When I bought the car, my job was working from home, however, after 2 months of ownership I took an assignment where I had to travel extensively.
Though I have a GLC 300 at home, that car is primarily driven by my dad. Now, on most of the routes I take for my work, the roads are broken and I bottom out and scrape the under-body of my Jazz almost every other day. To that, the lack of power and torque esp of the highway is evident while making overtakes.Hence, since my last Goa trip I'm December which was with 4 friends and our luggage, I'm considering to upgrade my car.
Considering my daily office commute of 50km (100% highway), and weekly trips to my factory and sometimes to customer's/supplier's place (60% highway, 20% broken/unpaved/rough roads, and 10% City), I was thinking of getting either the Mahindra Thar ROXX AX7L RWD (my choice), Mahindra Kia Seltos Diesel GTX Plus AT (wife's choice), Tata Harrier diesel AT (dad's recommendation), or the Mahindra XUV 700 AX7L FWD Diesel AT (neighbour's recommendation who drives the same car).
In the last two days, I have test driven all of the above mentioned cars and I'm still inclined towards the Thar ROXX AX7L RWD Diesel AT considering my use.
What would reddit suggest me to buy? Budget - < 25 lakhs OTR Pune Fuel - Diesel Transmission - Automatic

3) Freddie will know Charlotte framed him and will be angry with her. He can argue he's faithful and make up a reason to say she's the traitor.
Charlotte didn't have anyone suspecting her, and now she's turning Freddie against her. She could have just killed someone else, then Freddie would have been voted out first anyway in the final. Maybe the producers told her to do it this way to make it more exciting, like how they forced her to recruit after getting Minah out.

Hi guys, i would like to know how do i block a sketchy cheap home cctv camera smart device from my home network. I got in a argument with a family member to not buy or use smart devices like these as it could be harmful to our data & privacy especially i don't think our home network is that secure. Its one of those cheap off brands that needs to access the wifi to work, not even compatible with any Smart Home apps or Hubs that you could connect to these days like Zwave etc. The device is currently "off" and it's not active but since it has already accessed our wifi network which is why im worried and if i have to, i would want to block it off completely! I don't know if i make any sense here please be kind and help me!
