2025.01.23 09:34 xAPx-Bigguns Inspection time change rules ?
So I had an inspection today. Birthday yesterday worked 10 hours then got to come home and clean like mad. Had already done most of it as was emailed about it before Xmas. Thing is we are really busy at work had to shoot off for the between 1pm - 3pm inspection. Rang them at 2:40 asking if they are far away was told shouldn’t be I will find out and call you back. Rang at 2:55 to tell me they had already done it at lunch time. Had tried to call me to advise of the time change couldn’t get me but still went ahead and let themselves in for the inspection. Is this a breach ?

Ich denke Gesundheit passt ganz gut. Mit meinem Frauenarzt werde ich natürlich auch drüber sprechen, aber der Rat von anderen Frauen interessiert mich. Ich kratze an der 50 und leide zunehmend an meiner Regelblutung und dem Eisprung. Die Wechseljahre sind noch nicht in Sicht. Ich merke den Eisprung seit ungefähr 5 Jahren sehr deutlich, habe währenddessen wirklich starke Schmerzen, teilweise richtige Krämpfe, Durchfall und fühle mich sehr unwohl. Ich friere, ich habe keinen Hunger, ich bin mies gelaunt. Meist sind es so drei Tage.
Meine Periode kommt sehr regelmäßig und hält fünft Tage an. Sie ist sehr stark und gefühlt wird sie immer stärker. Diese fünft Tage sind für mich nur noch Quälerei. Ich leide ebenfalls an starken Schmerzen und Krämpfen, an Durchfall, ich fühle mich im allgemeinen sehr unwohl, ich habe keinen Hunger, ich bin lustlos, mies gelaunt, teilweise aggressiv. Mir geht es einfach beschissen.
Ich nehme keine hormonellen Verhütungsmittel und möchte das auch Gründen auch nicht mehr. Ich will und kann mit dieser Situation so nicht mehr leben. Auch wenn es nur 8-10 Tage im Monat sind, ist das immerhin 1/3 vom Monat, der mich extrem einschränkt und vor dem es mir graut.
Ich denke schon länger über eine Hysterektomie nach, damit wäre mein Problem gelöst. Ich weiß nicht, ob mein Anliegen einen medizinischen Grund darstellen würde und man diesen „einfach so“ vornehmen lassen kann. Es gibt ja nicht nur Vorteile, sondern auch Nachteile. Überwiegen die Nachteile? Denke ich falsch, weil ich einfach die Schmerzen/das Leiden los werden will?

While we wish to make it abundantly clear that we do not support Elon Musk, we believe the banning of one of the largest social media platforms—with over 611 million users as of April 2024—is a significant step back for core human rights, specifically Freedom of Speech (FoS) and Freedom of Press (FoP).
So, what does this all mean? In response to these events, we plan to introduce an act to protect FoS, FoP, and other human rights. Furthermore, we shall openly list nations that have banned X, for taking a regressive step away from democracy and innovation, I do not stand with them (cept for you, Sillystan), and I hope that they will change their ways
