I am 49, hot flashes are intense and I'm having them day and night. Recently I've been experiencing strange chest sensations, I can only explain it as internal "prickling" that changes into feelings of going outward through chest. It's so hard to describe but that's the best I can do. Other symptoms: Heart palpitations Dizziness Itchy right ear Skipping periods (currently haven't had a period since October). Almost zero sex drive Vaginal dryness and change in smell Headaches Vision changes, vision declining Hot flashes day and night, affecting my sleep Aches and pains all over body Cramping but no period Wrinkles and face droopiness that seemed to appear overnight Dry skin, itchy skin Moodiness-anger, sadness, irritated at everything Feelings of insecurity, feeling old, frumpy and unattractive Constant fear of death or health issues for me or my loved ones

2025.01.23 12:13 HotDogDelusions Just broken up with, just venting and how soon is too soon to date again
So 3 days ago my girlfriend broke up with me. It was a relatively short relationship, about 3 months. We're both in our mid twenties - and she basically said she knows in her soul that there is no future for us, and gave a few reasons which I'm not sure were the root cause; nevertheless, I understand. I know that anyone can end a relationship at any time for any reason, and at least she did it early enough at the 3 month mark before we got more invested.
A big part of me feels satisfied and okay moving on. I recognize that it's okay if our chapter was only a temporary one. I enjoyed the time that we spent together, I was still able to grow and learn as a person, and I harbor no bad feelings towards her.
There's a very small part of me that isn't fully over it - and I know this because I can still feel a slight sense of hope in me that she would come back and say she jumped the gun and wants to try and make this work. I'm doubtful that would happen, and I'm perfectly content with it not happening, but that part of me, while small, still exists.
Then there's this other part of me that wants to try and date again. I probably wouldn't go on another date for at least a few days, maybe even a few weeks, but I'm tempted to download a dating app and start just looking and talking. I'm conflicted on whether to do this though.
On one hand - I don't want to get into a relationship just for the sake of having one. I don't want to end up going on dates with a girl while my mind is on someone else. I also don't want to move on too soon and make a rash decision that could disappoint someone else 3 months down the road.
On the other hand... I feel mostly okay. I let my emotions run their course. I felt and acknowledged the sadness, the confusion, and the embarrassment. I chose to focus on the things that I was grateful for, and that I got to have the experience at all - and I feel confident that those negative emotions are not holding me down. We never got to the stage of saying "I love you". We never lived together. We never planned a future family or vacation or anything like that. So I feel like it's maybe not a big deal that I'm over this so fast and ready to date again, but an outsiders perspective would be welcome.
I know it's always good to spend time alone and to work on yourself. I spent a lot of time alone working on myself before this last relationship, and I feel that I'm in a good spot. I don't think this relationship ended because of immaturity on either side, I think we simply have different expectations for a life partner, and that's okay. Would it be crazy or stupid or disrespectful if I started dating again?

Hi.
Seeking advice here. I (34m) am on holiday from aus and will be flying to Bangkok from phuket and arrive on the 24th.
The girl (32f) I am newly (2 months) seeing back home is flying to Malaysia to see her family on the 25th but suggested she come to bkk first for 2 nights. This sounds great. She is tighter financially then me and I said no problems you can stay at my hotel obv and I'll cover the costs.
I only have 4 nights/3 full days in bkk that I'd like to maximise my time with. She has asked (insisted) that I pick her up from the airport which is over an hour each way from my hotel in central bkk because she is scared she will get kidnapped by a taxi. Apparently some Chinese tourists have been kidnapped recently.
I would really like her to come but am annoyed because I know I'm going to end up losing a lot of time that I don't have that much to spend and I think the idea that a taxi is going to kidnap a 32yo Asian woman is ridiculous and she should be able to get a cab on her own to my hotel. She's been to bkk numerous times too.
I acknowledge she is going out of her way to come here but it was her idea as bkk is one of her favourite cities and I am going to be paying for all her travel expenses (except a flight) which I think is a very nice gesture.
Am I out of line here to think her concern about being kidnapped is completely ridiculous and that she is a grown woman and can take a taxi to meet me at my hotel?

I have been playing two days and just built my house and have received more wallpaper than one person could ever need. I see wallpapers of every jewel shade in my dreams.. Every time I look up from my garden, a different villager is hovering just beyond my property line. If I never greet them, will they stand there forever? I'm not rude, so perhaps I'll never know..

Same as the title. Saw it from a lot of videos on YT that you should know about the management and their credibility.
But the question is how do even do that. Most of the mid/small cap companies tell briefly about the management in their annual report like their education qualification and their experience.
A good example is map my India, no one saw that move by management coming by reading about them in the annual report. So is there any better way to do it?

Hello, everyone. I'm a 3DSMax user, and I need to move an animated camera to another point in my scene.
I select the camera and move it to another location, but when I play the animation, the camera jumps back to where it was before I moved it.
In 3dsMax to do that you just need to group the camera, and if you move it, the camera won't jump back to the original point.
How can I solve this in Blender? Thanks so much for your help.

 | Months ago I enrolled in an online atelier. I am now working on Bargue plates with graphite on Bristol board. Soon I’d like to just start drawing from observation and imagination while still continuing my studies. I just feel the urge to create and atelier training can be so nuanced and the patience with my studies keep me from exploring creatively. This is from an artist I found named Shejtano. What medium do you think was used? I’d imagine maybe graphite or charcoal type drawing medium. Maybe color pencils or metallic pencils. Could this be a form of Pastel? I believe I can achieve this type of shading texture with Bristol board and graphite pencils. Also, where can I learn to make realism art with color pencils? In an atelier we learn from graphite and charcoal but is there another type of learning for realism in colored pencils? Eventually I’ll learn oil painting. I think most of us have picked up on the sinister implications of the perks from the cartoon. One I haven't seen discussed as much is the hall pass scene with Irving and Jelly/Helena.
The fake newspaper shown my Milchick mentions that one of the benefits to innies is sexual liberation and I think that's going to be a fucked up version.
My guess is that outtie Helena is going to have sex with iIrving to torture iMark and she'll do it under the guise of this hall pass perk. This then gives us the scary beginnings of someone using your body for sex without your consent, which is scary for both the innies and outties. We already see that a bit in the new previews where oMark finds out iMark is falling in love during his conversation with Milchick.
