I’m currently in my fourth year of university, and my health issues are leaving me feeling in despair. For the last ~2 years I have been dealing with fatigue, brain fog, worsening depression, and chronic inflammation (especially my hands, which turn red and become painful, causing my joints to feel tight and fingers to curl up). More recently I have had major digestive problems with constant acid reflux and sensitivity to gluten and even foods that were never previously a problem like rice. I’ve had a myriad of other symptoms too, like after effect-like visual disturbances, recurring chest pain, random rapid muscle twitching, weakness, shortness of breath, and feeling my pulse heavily in different parts of my body. I have also gained a lot of weight during this time as exercise is difficult and frightening, and I am binge eating out of stress, which only heightens my symptoms and my health anxiety.
These experiences have made school and life so difficult to manage, and I’m more depressed and anxious than ever as a result. I feel I can rarely get any relief from the torture of these symptoms and my worry about them. Blood tests, X-rays, EKGs, MRI, everything—all normal. Doctors say it’s anxiety, and yes I have bad anxiety, but I know it is more than that. I don’t get arthritis symptoms from anxiety. My therapist underplays how badly I am impaired by these issues and I increasingly feel all alone. I can’t relate to my friends who are healthy. All I want is to exist in my body peacefully.
I changed up my diet recently to be much healthier and my reflux, inflammation, and brain fog have thankfully improved a bit, but the truth is I still feel so bad. I don’t want to die but nobody around me understands how hard it is living like this. Everyone expects me to just keep going, keep succeeding. I’m now at a point where I really need to take charge of this myself since I’m losing hope in the ability of professionals to understand or help me. Any thoughts, advice, words of encouragement, or shared experiences??? This is my first time reaching out online

Yesterday I was sunked by some random players, and managed to get revenge and sink them, and actually found my level 2 emissary flag. Then I wondered why should it not be possible to re-raise the flag by just going to the crows nest or the back of the boat and raise it.
What would the cons be, for not adding this feature? The game even tells me that the flag is mine.
Would be nice to just capture a level 5 flag back and continue a voyage :)

2025.01.23 12:18 NevGuy I really dislike how this game's events work
Unless you have 1 million UR dust sitting around, you are forced to play a barely functional loaner while your opponents will have an actual competent deck with good cards that you can't use. They're basically giving you a broken fork and throwing you to a war front. It's extremely frustrating to play like this, and it always feels like a slog. I never have any fun in any of these, it's hardly competitive because you do not have the same cardpool as your opponent, and you're basically forced to play them because the rewards are so good. I wish they would just move the rewards from these to more DC cup style events, which is the only event I personally enjoy. Rant over.

Ok so I just got done with the build and I know this is something someone has had happen I can only get two out of 3 screens working no matter what resolution I’m running or at what frame rate I can only run one display and the y70 touch screen at a time if I unhook the touch everything is fine and it super frustrating. Windows and GeForce control panel can see the other screen but it’s greyed out and I can’t extend and if I try is just says confirm settings and does nothing. Computer specs is an and 9800x3d, ddr5-8000 and a 3090 screens are Odyssey G9s 49” x2 plus’s the y70 touchscreen. Anyone have any thoughts? Also side note all are hooked in to display port.

I have the feeling that BMW is hiping up M lite cars that much, that it may make the M cars not worth it (not for everyone but for most people).
I´ll start with the new G42 M240i Xdrive, it looks so similar to the M2. For example: Before the M2 had 4 exhaust, and the M240i had only 2. Now them all have 4. Another example: I love the look of the seats with the metal M badge on the headrest. I think that used to be exclusive for M cars, now you can find it in the seats of the M240i also.
And talking about the engine, I know the real M engines are steps ahead from the M lite ones, but that gap starts to feel smaller. The B58 of the new M240i is such a good engine. I have seen some of those with around 800hp without forging the engine, some people say it is the "new 2jz".
I have heard more people saying how such a good car the new M340i is, more than I have heard it for the new M3. Of course the M3 is better, but it seems like the M340i is a better product (for the price).
And I could continue with these examples. Does someone feel the same? What do you think about it?
