I've been playing this game for 3 years now and currently sitting at Gold 2 with a Asc 1 peek (yeah I know I fell down quite a bit). I've always played on Istanbul server since thats where I have the lowest ping. My experience has been mostly positive on the server but I realized the games got super hard lately. Most of my time in this game was spent on Dia lobies and current Gold lobies geniunely feel higher level than that. Mechanics, gamesense, skill usage etc. everybody seems like they are doing really good.
After a few bad matches on Istanbul, I've decided to give Frankfurt a chance and it's like a night and day difference. Everyone in the lobby actually plays like Golds. I can easily get 1.5 to 2 kd on matches. I don't think it's a coincidence, I've played more than 10 matches in each server and Frankfurt feels like the "normal" server. I wanted to know if any of you guys notice a skill difference or am I just making it up.

muscolo 37.17% *ok -->99.3 kg * 37.17% = 36.90 kg
totale (26.44+53.7+37.17%= 117.3%) ?? (26.5+53.3+36.9= 116.45 kg)???
- il dubbio in questo caso è il seguente: la somma è più di 100 perché vengono contati muscoli e poi conteggiata nuovamente l'acqua muscolare oppure è un catorcio la bilancia acquistata?
grasso corporeo 25.92% *ok -->96.9 kg * 25.92% = 25.1 kg
acqua 54.08% *ok -->96.9 kg * 54.08% = 52.4 kg
muscolo 37.49% *ok -->96.9 kg * 37.49% = 36.4 kg
confrontando le due pesate la domanda spontanea è:
- aumenta la frazione % di muscolo (37.49 vs 37,17%) ma se convertito in kg la massa muscolare sta diminuendo (36.4kg vs 36.9 kg), è corretto?, se non lo fosse, quale dei due parametri (kg o %) dovrei tenere come riferimento?
- posso utilizzare questa bilancia come impedenzometrica , o devo considerarla poco/per nulla attendibile e quindi "declassarla" a bilancia classica ?
- ho trovato diversi articoli e tabelle dove citano per un maschio valori di grassi ottimali 13-18%, ma nessuna indicazione sulla % di "muscolo"; qualche valore di riferimento?

Ciao ragazzi! Vi scrivo perchè vorrei un vostro parere su delle scuole che ho visto e che vorrei frequentare. Le scuole in questione sono Bigrock e Skyup. Tutt'e due sembrano delle buone scuole, con un percorso di studio molto simile (3d generalist), utilizzano quasi tutti gli stessi software. Una differenza è che Bigrock utilizza anche un po' IA mentre Skyup no (a me sembra che sapere utilizzare IA puo aiutare, dato che i tempi vanno in quella direzione). Nonostante questo, facendo delle ricerche ho visto diversi post dove i vecchi studenti si lamento della scuola Bigrock in quanto non la reputano cosi all'avanguardia come si vuol fare credere. La domanda da fare a voi è: Voi avete qualche opinione in merito? Un esperienza che mi possa aiutare a decidere? Ovviamente nessuna scuola e' perfetta e tutto dipende molto dall'esperienza soggettiva, e da quanto si è curiosi e quanto ci si voglia mettere in gioco per impare. Grazie mille!

But for those who might be good at finding hard to find things or maybe you just have a internal database of useless stuff and this is in one of those files. A guy i worked with told us fellows about a porn his uncle shown him once. Now I want to say this was a 90s or older movie but it was a snow white and seven dwarfs and well the thing that got us was his very detailed story about a bed of cabbage and how the dwarfs were eating it... there is about 10 of us who have heard him tell this story and none of us can find it. Hoping reddit can do it's thing here and help a fellow solve a mystery. I don't doubt this thing is real but we can't help but wonder if this was homemade at this point, but that would just raise a ton more questions I fear.

I have given it my all but I think I’m just about ready to be done… but how do I stop? My baby is 17w, I have given it my absolute all to get my supply up but after 3 weeks of coming home from our 3 week NICU stay she was starting to out pace me. Then a horrible case of clogged ducts virtually vanished my supply. I did alllll the things to try to get it back. The power pumping for days…weeks, the increased sessions, all the different supplements, different lactation cookies, the body amor, the liquid iv, you name it I more than likely tried it. But my supply barely came back. I gave in to having to supplement with formula and told myself any amount of breastmilk was better than none for her so I did what I could. She’s currently getting 2oz of breastmilk per bottle but full formula at night. I’m pumping every 3 hrs and making 1-2oz every time. I would like to be done by the first week of March if not a little after. Because I’m an under supplier do I need to slowly decrease pump sessions and duration like “normal suppliers”?

So here's the deal a genie comes and offers you $10 million dollars, tax free, but you have to agree to take a trip on a packed plane with at least 200 other people on board and you have to sit in the middle row, middle seat, so there are lots of people in front and behind you as well as a person on both sides.
The plane is going to crash and it's going to be a bad one, massive amounts of turbulence, the plane drives then pulls out of it, drives again then pulls back up, over and over again for several minuets, the plane tumbles through the air, going up side down, then right side up, shit is flying everywhere, people are screaming, women and children screaming, lose babies smacking against the walls, holes are starting to rip open in the hull and people are getting sucked out, then ultimately it crashes into the ground, breaking up into a million pieces on impact.
Everyone else is going to die and you're going to watch all them all die around you, the people right next to you will die. You can close your eyes, but you won't pass out. Most people are shredded into random femurs, severed heads and torsos, but somehow your, and only your seat stays intact, and it's a miracle you are alive.
Even better you won't even be hurt or injured seriously, maybe some light bruises from the seat belts and very small cuts and scrapes from flying debree, but you're going to walk away and even be released from the hospital same day.
You may get very dirty and covered in smoke, ash, blood, guts, mud or whatever is on the ground the plane crashes into. But you'll survive and emergency services will be on scene within 15 minutes of the crash.
Here is the kicker, after you sign the contract, assuming you take the deal, you will have no memory that you made the deal. In other words when you get on the plane you have no knowledge it's going to crash and you have no knowledge that you will survive the crash either.
You get the money 2 months later in settlement from the airline but you'll never even remember you agreed to be there.
Would you take it?
