Hi all. My long COVID has gotten drastically worse. I got some vaccines a couple days ago. I can barely use my arms and hands to text, I need to take breaks.

Hello à tous les fitnesseurs !
J'aurais aimé avoir votre avis sur ma routine et savoir si elle pouvait contribuer à me muscler et que ça se "voit" un peu. Pour le contexte, je suis assez sportif et ce depuis longtemps à savoir que je fais 2-3 séances par semaine au minimum depuis plus de 10 ans avec des pics à certains moments de ma vie à 5-6 séances par semaine. Le truc c'est que j'aime principalement le cardio donc je fais 80% du temps de la course à pied, du rameur, de la boxe et de l'escalade. Mais récemment j'ai eu envie de prendre un peu de muscle car je suis assez sec et dessiné et j'ai envie de voir si j'en suis capable. Je n'ai pas pour autant envie de bousculer trop mon programme cardio donc ce que j'ai commencé à faire depuis 2 semaines c'est 3 séances par semaine de 30min de cardio (course à pied ou rameur) et 30 à 45min de muscu (15 min bras et 15 min jambes où je me bute en termes de poids et de rép) A côté de ça je mange beaucoup, pas forcément bien mais je ne grossis pas grâce/à cause du sport. Est-ce que vous pensez qu'en continuant sur ce nouveau programme et cette nouvelle allocation de mon temps entre cardio et muscu je peux prendre en masse ou alors c'est voué à l'échec parce que c'est pas assez dans une semaine ou alors le fait de faire à chaque fois les jambes et les bras dans la même séance ça ne fonctionne pas ?

This is completely hypothetical, to be clear. Nothing I know of points to this being a thing that is happening. But if Nintendo decided to make a full PvE game about Salmon Run, they would obviously have to expand it beyond what it already has. So, if that happened, what would you want to see?
I can list off some easy things, like more Boss and King Salmonids, an endless mode, more types of special wave, that sort of thing. I'd kinda like them to expand on the Salmonid-Octarian relationship tbh, it would be interesting (and traumatising) for them to have a night wave where Octoling auxiliaries can spawn alongside regular bosses
